EcoClean Opening Two New Austin Locations; Over 3300 Square Feet of Space;Growing Staff and Adding Jobs

Eco-friendly Garment Care Business expanding to South Lamar and West Anderson Lane;Grand Openings to Benefit PROPs Partners

Austin, TX, May 29, 2013 EcoClean, the only 100% eco-friendly garment care companyin Austin, is pleased to announce major business expansion, with the opening of twonew locations, in South and North Austin. With new locations opening on WestAnderson, and soon after on South Lamar, Austinites will have easier access toEcoCleans healthy and eco-friendly alternative to dry-cleaning. The company is alsoexpanding its free delivery area to now cover 30 zip codes throughout Austin. The newlocations comprise a combined 3,300 plus square feet of new space, and staff will growover 45% with new jobs. The company will celebrate both openings with additionalbenefits to its PROPs partners, local Austin charities and non-profits who for the past 18

months have received over $7,000 combined from EcoClean in a monthly program thatwill also continue.

With our single Guadalupe location growing 19% in the past 12 months and thecontinued response and support from the Austin community, we are so excited toexpand our business and have physical locations in two additional great neighborhoodsin Austin, said Mark Hess, co-owner, EcoClean.

The North location celebrates its grand opening tomorrow, Thursday, May 30, with ahappy hour from 4-6 pm at 2436 West Anderson Lane, at the corner of Burnet Road andbetween Precision Camera and Terra Toys. In celebration, from that Thursday, until the

following Wednesday, June 5, 35% of every sale at that store goes directly back to 4 ofEcoCleans many Austin PROPs partners; SOS, Keep Austin Beautiful, KOOP Radio,and Urban Roots. These partners will be at the grand opening happy hour live, andthere will also be drawings for EcoClean services, Hop Doddy dollars, free localKombucha from Wunder-Pilz and chair massage from Clear Spirit Corporate Massage:come on out to celebrate!

The West Anderson location directly serves the Crestview, Allandale and Highlandneighborhoods and offers easy access from 183, Mopac, and 2222 for customers comingin from all over North and Northwest Austin.

The West Anderson and South Lamar locations are in popular revitalized retail areasstocked with other Austin unique and independent brands and businesses. Both wereselected for their progressive, community-minded neighborhoods and easy access forimmediate and outlying communities.
