I. STRENGTHS & WEAKNESSES ( WHAT WE HAVE )

Strengths:• God is with us!• Multiple ministries/activities:

Major - Worship, ECS, EMS, Advent Square, church administration

Minor - Alzheimer's, night meetings, retreats, weddings, receptions, celebrations

• Growing ministries/activities• Multiple use of facilities• Good access to major roads• Financial strength

Weaknesses:• Scarcity of parking• Scarcity of land owned by

Advent• Limited ability for future

expansion of building space• Insufficient separation of

pedestrian and vehicular traffic

II. GOALS ( WHAT WE WANT )

1. Strive to follow God’s plan for Advent2. Build upon current infrastructure and building sites3. Acquire property to allow for expansion

of existing and new ministries / activities4. Maintain Sanctuary in position of prominence on campus5. Establish a main entry for campus6. Establish Administration, Fellowship, & Meeting Rooms

at center of campus next to Sanctuary7. Establish vehicle circulation and parking system around campus

and an interior pedestrian circulation system
