1. Confirmation of the Minutes of 53rtl SLC:
At the outset minutes of the last SLC dated 06-03-2019 were circulated among the
members and comments on the same, if any, was sought for by the Member-Secretary -cum-
CI&C, Assam. However, in view of non-receipt of any comment disagreeing notings of the
minutes, the same was confirmed by the Committee as it was.
2. Discussion & approval of claims of 30% CCISS (above Rs. 1.50 rore)The Committee was informed initially by Sri. Bipul Das, Additional Director of
Industries that Teclmical Experts nominated by Govt. of India are yet to confirm their date ofvisit in respect of 38 Nos of enterprises claiming CCIS and hence could not be inspected byFVT. Chairman, then instructed the deptt. to submit list of such nominees to hi immediately sothat the matter could be pursued with the Authority concerned.

The Member Secretary placed the claim before the SLC for discussion and consideration.
The Industrial Unit was a self financed unit and its investment was apprised by Assam Industrial
Development Corporation Ltd. R G Baruah Road, Guwahati. Functioning status of the unit was
discussed with the official representing AIDC and the Committee was informed that the unit
was running smoothly.
The Committee members examined the claim and after threadbare discussion accepted
the Eligible Investment to the tune of Rs. 65566095.00 as recommended by the Field Visit Team
constituted by Govt. of India. SLC, then, recommended Rs. 1,96,69,828.00 (Rupees One Crore
Ninety Six Lakh Sixty Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty Eight) only as quantum of
CCIS, being 30% of the eligible investment accepted by it.

up elsewhere in the country for consideration by the next meeting of SLC.

Industries & Commerce, Assam. SLC then recommended Rs. 195822384.00 (Rupees Nineteen
Crore Fifty Eight Lakh Twenty Two Thousand Three Hundred Eighty four) only as
quantum of CCIS being 30% of the eligible investment accepted by it.
The meeting then ended with vote of thanks to the chair.
