INFORMATION REGARDING APPLYING TO EXHIBIT

Please fill in all the details of your company and the stand you wish to rent. We would ask that you kindly type or useblock capitals.

Specify the area requested in multiples of 16 m2 (or other spaces when indicated). Please specify whether you want to rentspace only or space plus shell scheme stand has signature. Should you choose the latter, please let us know the model of turn-key stand you prefer.

After an authorised person from your company has signed the Application Form, you must return the original to the fair plusthe payment of the registration fees and the percentage of the rental fees stipulated, to the address given below, keeping acopy for yourself.

Please observe the deadlines for application. However, if the deadline has expired, you can contact the organisers of theevent to check whether exhibition space is still available and whether you can still apply.

Payment should be made:- By credit card.- By bank transfer to any of the following bank accounts payable to Feria Muestrario Internacional de Valencia.In this case proof of payment must be sent with your Application For:

- By banker's cheque to Feria Muestrario Internaciontal de Valencia.

Once the Fair has allocated the space to be occupied by your company, you will receive a pro-forma invoice for the outstandingpayments for the rented space, this payment has to be made by the date specified. You will also receive an application formfor ordering Exhibitors Services.

Once all outstanding payments have been made, including those corresponding to booked services, you can collect the AssemblyPasses in the Technical Department at Feria Valencia, and Exhibitor Passes, valid only for the celebration days in theTreasury Office.

Please remember that the sale of products exhibited on stands to private individuals is stricctly prohibited in trade fairs.

The parties hereto freely and voluntarily agree to be bound by the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the city of Valenciafor the settlement of any legal disputes arising over the interpretation or execution of the agreements contained in the presentcontract.

2 - OTHER CONDITIONS SPECIFIC TO THE FAIRSECTORIAL LOCATION1.The Organizing Committee has the r ight to create specif ic exhibi tor sect ions for certain product groups due to the interrelat ions betweenthe products potencial buyer appeal, similar routes to market the size of a given goup relative to the total exhibition area or any other objectivecri ter ia of their choice. The Organizing Committee has the r ight to assign any such sect ions to be located in any one or more pavi l ions orport ions thereot. Using the product classif icat ion given above as a basis, the Organizing Committe Shal l be responsible for deciding on thesection to wich exhibitor products shall be assigned.2.Should and exhibitor wish to exhibit products or merchandise belonging to more than one group, the Exhibitor Application form must clearlyindicate in which sect ion or sect ions the exhibi tor wishes to be located; such an indicat ion, however, shal l in no way imply any obl igat ionon the part of the Organizing Committee in any way, as the latter shall have the right to allocate space in one or more sections on the basisof the products involved, the importance of such products in terms of turnover, the size of space requested in any of the sect ions or anyother objective reasons.

ACCEPTANCE OF APPLICATION FORMS1.Space can only be reserved by and on behal f of one single company, even i f two or more companies wishing to exhibi t happen to berelated in any way.2.Should the company applying to exhibi t at he fair discont inue i ts act iv i ty, this wi l l be considered cause for the immediate cancel lat ion ofthe contract. In thos case, as a penalty, the Organizing Committee will withhold the rgistration fees and the exhibition fees.3.Applications to Exhibit must be approved by the Technical Committee set up by Feria Valencia for the purpose.4.Application forms being accepted for processing will be assigned a sequential number based on their order of receipt.5 .Exhibitor application forms submitted by companies interested in exhibiting their products at CEVISAMA will be scrutinised by the TechnicalCommission for Quality, which has been set up to monitor the type and quality of products that prospective exhibitors intend to show.Exhibitors’ designs for the structures and/or stands they wish to use to display their products on at the Fair will be subjected to the same scrutiny as theymust not detract from the exclusive nature of the exhibition and the products being showcased therein.Before confirming that a company’s application has been accepted the Technical Commission will require the company to present to it the products itintends to exhibit. To do so the company may use whatever means are available to it and any documentation must be sufficiently clear for the Commissionto be able to carry out its assessment. Documentation that is not sufficiently clear wil l result in the Commission rejecting the application.The physical structure that the exhibitor intends building in the exhibition area will be subject to the same process.Once it has benchmarked the information supplied against the pre-established criteria the Commission will then either accept or reject the application.Acceptances will in any event be provisional as the Commission will carry out a check on site before the Fair opens in order to ensure that what is beingshown at the fair matches the information supplied previously.

COLLECTIVE PARTICIPATIONS (co-exhibitors): in the case of a joint participation at the fair of several companies or bodies, coordinated by one ofthese companies, an Embassy, Commercial Office, Chamber of Commerce, Regional Government, Exports Institute, or other similar institution, youmust mark the box, detailing on a separate sheet the billing name and names of all participating companies and bodies, as well as their full contact details and the spacein m2 allocated to each one.Inscription fees apty to each individual co-exhibitor.

SPACE ALLOCATIONS1.Space al location is the responsabil i ty of the Organizing Committee whose cri teria are based on upholding the interest and the aims of theExhibit ion in general, which take precedence over any existing exhibitor seniority rights, former location of exhibitors order in wich applicationswere submit ted equent ia l or any other reasons construed as detract ing f rom the above-ment ioned general interests and aims. Appl icantshe reby exp ress l y accep t a l l such dec i s ions on space a l l oca t i on made by the Organ is ing Commi t tee w i thou t recou rse to appea l .2.Al locat ion of stands is the sole and exclusive r ight of the Organizing Committee. Any individual indicat ions or requirements expressed bythe exhibitor are merely indicative and no-binding, and will not determine the outcome of said exhibitor in any respect.3.Futhermore, the Organizing Committee reserves the r ight to move or reduce the space assigned or transfer i t to another exhibit ion sectionwithout compensation or indemnity of any kind to the exhibitor.4 .The Organiz ing Commit tee a lso reserves the r ight to ass ign exh ib i t ion space in areas not or ig ina l ly es tab l ished in the in i t ia l p lan.5 Should the applicant rel inquish the stand space requested more than 2 months before the opening of the fair, i t wi l l forfeit the registrationfees plus 25% of the other fees paid.6.Should the applicant relinquish the space less than 2 months before the opening of the fair, no fees paid will be returned.7.Should the applicant rel inquish the space less than 20 days before the opening of the fair, the total fees due for the stand space must bepaid in full.8.Feria Valencia reserves its right to cancel exhibitor contacts up unti l two weeks before the opening date for the fair and, for reasons relatedto the organization and optimum of the fair, up unti l the day of the opening. In this case Feria Valencia wil l not be obliged to pay indemntityor compensat ion , bu t w i l l re tu rn the inscr ip t ion fees and any o ther fees and any o ther fees fo r par t i c ipa t ion tha t have been pa id .9.The Exhibi t ion reserves i ts r ight to review and modify f rom t ime to t ime sect ion locat ions; to reserve certain spaces for publ ic use restaeras, or for institutional use or as other special specific areas for associations or exhibitor groups; to preserve island sites intact and undivided,or to regroup or redistribute them according to its own criteria.10.Acceptance of the Exhib i tor Appl icat ion Form does not obl igue the Exhib i t ion to grant the amount of space being requested or anyspecific location being requested.

STAND ASSEMBLY, DECORATION AND REMOVAL1.In the decoration of their stand Exhibitors may use products that are on display in sections of the fair other than those in which said exhibitoris located only after obtaining pr ior author isat ion of the plan for the aforement ioned decorat ion or project f rom Feria Valencia’s TechnicalDepartment.2.Stand decorations shall not be built inside the Feria Valencia halls.3 .Any facade of which more than 25% is c losed must have an ornamented, decorated or l ighted f ront isp iece, and must rece ive pr iorauthorisation from the fair’s Organizing Committee and from Feria Valencia’s Technical Department.4.Projects for the construct ion of two stor ied stands require express permission from Fer ia Valencia’s Technical Department and approvalby the Assembly Off ice. Such stands must stand free of the adjacent stands, and the facades a of the storage roms must be completelyclosed.5.Once the exhibit ion has closed, the exhibitors must leave the stand in the same condit ion as found when they took possession of i t withinfive days of the closure of the exhibit ion. The Exhibit ion could requiere a deposit which guarantees the return in good condit ion of the standinstallations. The Exhibition does not accept any cost arising if it has to dismantle any stand.6.In the event that the backs of the walls of your stand are visible, they must be properly finished.

SERVICES

On February 15 th, 2017 is the deadline of procurement of services in order to ensure the provision of those with the highest quality and set dates to enable us to make an adequatesupply. Requests of services after this date will be attend as both the materials, time or resources allow. The new requests will be processed in strict order of entry, having a 25%surcharge on the price stipulated in the service forms and being paid by cash.

ONLINE CATALOGUE, GUIDE MAP / INNOVATIONS BOOKS, ADVERTISING AND PHOTOGRAPHY1.The Exh ib i t ion ca ta logue on l ine and the Gu ide Map / Innovat ions Book is the o f f i c ia l document o f the Exh ib i t ion . I t w i l l i nc ludegeneral details and information on the event, a free listing of exhibitor details in alphabetical order and/or an exhibitor classification by sections,plus a systematic summary of al l products being exhibited. The l ist ing and summary are based on information suppl ied by exhibitors on thecorresponding application forms, and neither Feria Valencia not he Exhibit ion shall be held responsible for the correctness or content of suchinformation.2.Prior to the Exhibition, a circular will be sent to Exhibitors with information about the catalogue.3.Advertising in the catalogue is subject to the conditions and rates which will be forwarded to the exhibitors.4.Advert is ing of al l types placed within Feria Valencia’s hal ls shal l refer only and exclusively to merchandise or services being exhibited inaccordance with the Exhibi tor Appl icat ion Form and catalogue entry. Such advert is ing shal l only be placed within the wal ls of each stand,complying with general ly accepted advert is ing pract ices, and avoiding al l procedures causing disturbance or annoyance to other exhibi torsor visitors, or implying unfair competition.5.Al l promotions or offers by recognized inst i tut ions are absolutely and expressly forbidden within the trade fair centre; equal ly prohibi tedare fundrais ing act iv i t ies and al l forms of propaganda whether re l ig ious, pol i t ica l or other. Al l act iv i t ies unconnected wi th the goals andpurposes of this trade fair are also expressly forbidden.6.Advert ising outside the exhibit ion area asigneed to the exhibitor is only permitted by the Organizing Committee or by bodies under l icensefrom the trade fair and are subject to the payment of levies and taxes.7.Advert is ing carr ied out on stands using acoust ic methods, audiovisuals of any nature or any act of publ ic i ty to be staged on a stand orwithin the Feria Valencia complex, require the prior authorization of the Exhibition authorities.8.Photographs may only be taken inside the trade fair halls by photographers bearing an off icial authorisation from the Technical Managementof the Fair.9.No exhibits or exhibitor stands may be photographed, f i lmed or captured or retrieved by any other audiovisual means without the permissionof the exhibitor in question; nevertheless, the Fair reserves the r ight to capture images of this nature and reproduce them for advert ising orpromotional purposes.

EXHIBITORS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO:1.Engage in direct sales to buyers with immediate delivery in the exhibition area.2.Donate or exchange their allocated exhibition space, either in whole or in part.3.Leave their exhibition space before the trade fair has closed.4.Place any form of advertising outside the confines of their assigned exhibition space.5.Furthermore, to distribute any advertising materials (pamphlets, brochures, etc) is also forbidden outside the trade fair centre within a radiusof less 500 metres from the entrances.6.Exhibit products that do not fulfil the specifications of the space as expressed in the application form for participation.7.Exhibit posters or samples, even if merely indicative, from third companies.8.Engage in any entertainment act iv i ty of any kind, nature or character ist ics, including within the conf ines of the assigned exhibi t ion spaceor in relation to the presentation of products without the express written authorisation of the Organizing Committee.

I.- ORGANIZATION OF THE FAIR1.- OrganizationThe fair or show this Application Form corresponds to, isorganised by Feria Valencia with the collaboration andadvice of its Organising and Advisory Committeesand complies with the conditions established by theStatutes of the trade fair institution.

II.- CONDITIONS FOR ACCEPTANCE & PARTICIPATION

2.- ParticipationParticipation in the fair is open to manufacturers,wholesalers, importers and service companies, whatevertheir country of origin, displaying their products or thosefrom other businesses they legally represent.Exhibitors are not allowed to exhibit goods other thanthose detailed in the documentation accompanying theExhibitor Application Form.Stands shall be manned by competent staff at all timeswhen the fair is open to visitors, and they must providethe details and information requested from them.Retail selling of goods exhibited at the stands is strictlyforbidden (this applies to all fairs classified as trade-onlyevents).

The Management of the Fair and the Organizing Committeereserve the right to consider each case individually.

3.- Minimum SpaceThe pavilions for the exhibition of products are dividedinto modular stands, see specific conditions for each fair(usually 16 m2), and exhibitors may request stand spacewhich is a multiple of the minimum area.

4.- Rules for AcceptanceFERIA VALENCIA reserves the right of acceptance overexhibitors, when they fulfil the required prerequisites.Without excluding other criteria, these are some examplesof reasons for rejecting applications:- The products to be exhibited do not fit in with the themeof the Fair.- The applicant does not commit itself to fulfilling the fair’srules regarding setting up, safety, advertising and/or otherrules governing the institution as a whole or the specificFair for which the application has been made.- If the overall space requested exceeds that available forthe trade show.In these cases the Organizing Committee shall considerthe overall interests and goals of the trade fair as a whole,overriding other considerations of seniority rights,chronological order of presentation of Application Forms,or other criteria which may be detrimental for the generalinterest and goals pursued by the fair.

5.- Industrial PropertyExhibitors commit themselves not to display on their standany product or service imitating those of third parties, northose which could damage exclusive patent rights, whetherregistered or not, or engage in any other practice whichmay be construed as unfair, during the celebration of theevent.The exhibition on stands of catalogues, informationbrochures of any other type of advertising materialcontravening the legislation in force or damaging the rightsof third parties, is absolutely prohibited.Feria Valencia reserves the right to inspect anywhere withinthe exhibition centre with the purpose of verifying anybreech regarding above-ment ioned pract ices.To this end, exhibitors must grant access to their standsto authorised personnel, and must collaborate with theEvaluating Committee appointed by the Fair. More inparticulary, exhibitors must accept to submit their own standand the products or services on offer in it, for examinationby the above-mentioned Committee. Exhibitors must alsoallow access to their stand to duly accredited personnelappointed by Feria Valencia for the purpose of carryingout photographic or visual reports.

Failure to comply with the rules established by the fair tocombat plagiarism, or the breech of patent rights or anyother unfair practice, may be cause for exclusion insubsequent trade fairs.

5.1.- Arbitration Clause in respect of disputes arisingbetween exhibitors over industrial property rights:

The exhibitor undertakes to accept that all litigation,disagreements, claims or complaints in regard of industrialproperty rights relating to their participation in the Exhibitionthat is the subject of the present contract will be referredto and resolved by arbitration administered by the ValenciaChamber of Commerce’s Court of Arbitration and Mediationwhich, in accordance with its Regulations and Statutes, isentrusted to administer arbitration and appoint arbitrators.

6.- ServicesServices provided by Feria Valencia must be ordered usingthe Application for Services for Exhibitors form, which willbe sent to each participating company. This containsseparate forms for ordering power supply, water, platforms,carpeting, hostesses, telephone, pre-arranged parkingservice, insurance, as stand builder’s passes andexhibitors’ cards.Services are not included in the fee for renting stand space,unless specifically stated in the Particular Conditions forParticipation. On request, Feria Valencia will provideinformation on authorised fees for services including rentalof furniture, plants, and other.Feria Valencia offers a postal service, commercial andtourist information, interpreters, banking, press office,photographers, bars and cafeter ias, f lor ist ’s,first-aid, and others.

7.- Application and Allocation of StandsOnce the Application to Exhibit has been received,the fair will then make a decision to accept it or not and,if positive, proceed to the allocation of stand space, alwaystaking into consideration the total number of requestssubmitted within the deadline as established in theinformationabout the specific conditions enclosed with each ExhibitorApplication form and in section 12 of these generalconditions, concerning payment.The presentation of the application to exhibit doesnot imply automatic acceptance nor that the requestednumber of square metres will be allocated. In accordancewith the guidelines stipulated by Civil Law andsupplementary legislation, the contract will be consideredfinal when the party applying party receives writtenconfirmationfrom Feria Valencia, by whatever media, accepting itsparticipation. Requests made with specific reservationsor conditions will not be accepted.Space will be allocated in accordance with the informationprovided by the exhibitors concerning the sector in whichthey want to exhibit (when the fair is categorised by sectors).The fair will also try, whenever possible, to allocate exhibitorsthe stands with the features, dimensions and locationsindicated in the exhibitor’s Application form, unlesstechnically and organisationally impossible, and this decisionwill be taken by Feria Valencia without the right to appeal.Accepted applications will be given a sequential ordernumber. Once allocation has been definitively decided,the location of the stand will be communicated to theapplicants.All payments may be made as indicated in the informationabout the Application for Exhibit. When payment ismade by bank transfer, proof of payment must be sent.Feria Valencia reserves the right to terminate the contractin cases when exhibitors infringe any of the conditions, orrules for setting-up and dismantling or any other specificrules or conditions established by individual events.It is strictly forbidden to give away or sublet, either totallyor partially, the allocated space, without the explicitauthorisation of Feria Valencia and/or the fair in questionand without paying the corresponding fees.

8.- Exhibitors CardsTo take part at the fair all exhibitors must obtain an "ExhibitorCard", the document accrediting their status during thedays of the event. Exhibitors cards will be issued in thename of the company and, where possible, with the nameof the individual holders.Before collecting this card from the Treasury Office at FeriaValencia, all outstanding payments for the stand andservices must be made in full and/or corresponding proofof payment receivedIn general 4 cards will be issued for the first module of 16m2, plus 2 extra ones for each additional module up to amaximum of 100 cards. Exhibitors must indicate the namesand positions of the company staff who will be in chargeof the stand.

9.- AdvertisingAdvertising of any kind inside the Fair premises must beexclusively for goods on display or included in the catalogueof each exhibitor. This advertising, whether in the distributionof brochures, catalogues including these goods or in anyother medium, is only allowed within the confines of thestand rented by the exhibitor, and always complying withthe usual advertising procedures and avoiding any kind ofadvertising implying unfair competition.

Any advertising activity carried out on the fair premises,outside the space of the stands, will require previouswritten authorisation by the fair management.

No goods on display can be photographed without expressauthorisation from the exhibitor concerned. However, thefair reserves the right to take photographs, make drawingsand film certain aspects of the premises or exhibitedproducts, with the express purpose of using them in itspublications and official promotion.

Feria Valencia reserves the right to deny authorisation forthe projection of films and slides on stands when they causedisturbances to other exhibitors or to visitors to the fair, andfor any entertainment activity of any kind, nature orcharacteristics, including within the confines of the assignedexhibition space, or related to product presentation, withoutexpress written authorization of Feria Valencia and theOrganizing Committee.

10.- Official CatalogueEach exhibitor is entitled to one copy of the official catalogue.Exhibitors and their products and/or trade marks will appearfree-of-charge in the index and lists. For this purpose,exhibitors must provide the necessary details, which willbespecified in each individual case, either in the Applicationfor Participation or in the Application for Services.

Feria Valencia reserves the right, without acceptingresponsibility for eventual omissions or mistakes,to disseminate the information contained in the Applicationsfor Participation concerning the exhibitors and the productsand services exhibited, using the media and techniquesit deems best suited for that purpose.

11.- Customs & ExciseThe exhibition of products from countries outside theEuropean Union is authorised as follows:11.1.- Temporary imports, consigning the goods to aconsignee, preferably from Valencia.11.2.- ATA Carnet coverage for those goods coming fromcountries enforcing this system.In both cases, the fair must be informed of the chosensystem prior to sending the goods. The temporary natureof these imports allows for import for consumption or re-exporting outside the territory covered by the EU customssystem, in the period of three months after the closure ofthe fair, without the possibility to withdraw, under anycircumstance, the products from the fair premises withoutthe corresponding Customs clearance. The exhibitors ortheir representatives will be held responsible for the paymentof the levies or fines that could derive from the avoidanceof the Customs control.In the case of definitive import for consumption, exhibitorsor their representatives will be responsible for the paymentof tariffs and duties, levies or possible sanctions.In fairs granted full international status or internationalityin customs terms, exhibitors from non-EU countries willbe entitled to display their goods, without payment ofcustoms duties, by later re-sending them to their countriesof origin. Some goods will require phytosanitary certificates(plants and flowers), veterinary certificates (animal products)or health certificates (other products for humanconsumption).Customs procedures upon the arrival of the goods shouldbe carried out by a Spanish representative or with theintervention of a Customs Officer or an authorisedforwarding agent. Any supplementary information requiredmust be requested from the fair management, which mustbe, however, under no circumstance be held responsiblefor the official procedures required from the exhibitor.

12.- PaymentThe invoices corresponding to registration fees, rentedexhibition space and turnkey stands must have been paid30 (thirty) days prior the beginning of the fair, and beforeproceeding to prepare stands.Invoices corresponding to services will also have to bepaid 30 (thirty) days before the event, and before proceedingto prepare stands, except in the case of the telephoneservice, which will be paid later, once the service hasconcluded.On January 27 th, 2016 is the deadline of procurement ofservices in order to ensure the provision of those with thehighest quality and set dates to enable us to make anadequate supply. Requests of services after this date willbe attend as both the materials, time or resources allow.The new requests will be processed in strict order of entry,having a 25% surcharge on the price stipulated in theservice forms and being paid by cash.No exit of goods clearance will be issued unless all servicesare paid in full.In cases where payments have not been made within thestipulated deadlines, exhibitors will lose all rights to thereserved space, and the space will be used at the disposalof the fair which will be entitled to offer it to other companies.Occupation of the exhibition space will not be alloweduntil total payment for it and for the contracted serviceshas been made in full.

13.- WithdrawalShould the applicant relinquish the stand space reserved6 months before the opening of the fair, the registrationfee and 25% of the amount paid in as renting fee will beforfeited.

Should the applicant relinquish the stand space reservedwithin a period less than 6 months to the opening of thefair, no amount already paid shall be refunded. Should thisperiod be less than 20 days to the opening of the fair, theentire renting fee must be paid by the applicant.

FERIA VALENCIA reserves the right to rescind theexhibitor’s space booking contract and any other contractsup until two weeks prior to the opening of the fair and, forreasons appertaining to the organization and/or normalrunning of the fair up until the opening day itself. In suchcircumstances Feria Valencia will be under no obligationto offer any compensation or indemnification but will beobliged to return all sums paid on account by the exhibitorthat Feria Valencia has already charged to the exhibitor.

III.- STAND INSTALLATION, ASSEMBLY AND REMOVAL

14.- General RegulationsThe general rules for Setting-Up and Dismantling of Standscontained in the Application for Services for Exhibitorsmay also be found at the Setting-Up and Services Office(Technical Department) and the Feria Valencia website.The Management of the fair or its Organizing Committeewill inspect the installations and will check that they complywith these rules. Any decision by the committee must beimmediately accepted by exhibitors or their representatives(decorator, assembler, etc.). Otherwise, the managementof the fair will be entitled to demand or carry out thenecessary alterations which will be met by exhibitors.When installation is not carried out by the exhibitorsthemselves or their staff, this information must becommunicated through the corresponding sheet in theApplication for Services for Exhibitors before starting theworks. In this case, exhibitors will be liable for any damagewhich the decorator or other subcontracted companiesmay cause on the premises of Feria Valencia.Under no circumstances will exhibitors start anywork prior to their sketches and projects being expresslyauthorised. Once approved by the technical services ofFeria Valencia, these plans must be available for inspectionat the stands at all times. Exhibitors must carry out theinstallation works in accordance with any changesoralterations indicated by Feria Valencia.Feria Valencia Technical Management is entitled to demanda cash deposit for the sum it deems necessary, to coverdamage caused by the installations.In the event that, upon an initiative of the fair managementor the exhibitors themselves in a certain pavilion or areaof the fair, it is decided to create a special decoration ordesign for that area, all exhibitors located in that area willhave to pay the surcharge for the special decoration,proportionately to the amount of space occupied by eachof them.All members of the staff taking part in the setting-up anddismantling work, must be insured against occupationalaccidents. The necessary certificates must be shown byexhibitors or decorators on demand from Feria Valencia.Exhibiting firms will collect from the Setting-Up and ServicesOffice (Technical Department), passes granting access tothe fair premises for workers and employees working onthe assembling and dismantling of their installations. Theseare valid until the day prior the official opening of the event,and expire as from that date, except from 6:00 to 9:00 toproceed to carry out –when requested- the cleaning andmaintenance of their stand.These passes will be valid again after the closure of thefair in order to dismantle and remove goods. Each exhibitorwill be responsible and accountable to Feria Valencia for theloss of or damage to those passes, which wil l bewithdrawn if they are used for purposes other than thosethey have been authorised for.Exhibitors will accept the possible costs of electricity,surveillance, etc., directly deriving from the assemblingand dismantling of their installations (not those general tothe fair premises).Setting-up work must be exclusively carried out within eachexhibitor ’s space, taking the utmost care not toencroach upon adjacent stands or gangways with items,goods or preparatory work. Those areas must be keptclear at all times.A copy of the inventory included in the Application forServices for exhibitors, stamped by the fair, mustaccompany the goods on arrival at the fair premises forexhibition.Haulage contractors used by exhibitors must abide strictlyby the regulations established by Feria Valencia concerningthe circulation and handling of goods within its premises.15.- ScheduleAll works and installations must be carried out within thescheduleestablished by Feria Valencia: from 08:00 to 20:00 onworking days. In all cases, installations will be completedand goods placed on their respective stands, before 24:00of the day before the opening of the event. Should thestand not be occupied at that time, the fair will be entitledto use that space for the purposes it deems appropriate.In those cases, exhibitors will have to pay compensationto Feria Valencia for the damages and expenses caused.16.- Removal of GoodsNo installation or good can leave the fair before its closurewithout the corresponding written authorisation. Substitutionor eventual replacement of damaged goods or samplesmust be authorised by the fair upon written request byexhibitors, who will have to follow the instructions andschedules indicated by the fair.Upon the closure of the fair, exhibitors will have to strictlyfollow the instructions delivered to them to guarantee anorderly withdrawal of goods and samples.In those cases when exhibitors fail to abide by theregulations, withdrawing goods on display, or productsand accessories installed on their stand before the deadlineestablished by the fair, the fair will be entitled to withdrawit. The exhibitor will have to accept the costs involved inthat process,discharging Feria Valencia of any liability concerningpossible loss, damage or destruction by fire which mayoccur or any other circumstance

17.- ClaimsAnomalies detected, and any eventual claims that may beput forward in relation to them, must be made in writing tothe fair management, accompanied by proof of the claimant’saccreditation as exhibitor.

IV.- INSURANCE18.- General ProvisionsExhibitors will find copies of the terms of the differentinsurance policies at the Economic and FinancialDepartment of Feria Valencia.19.- Fire and Water DamageAll the goods on exhibition, as well as other equipment,products or decoration used for exhibition and promotion,must be insured against fire and water damage. Insuranceis compulsory and must be contracted by each exhibitorthrough the general policy taken out by Feria Valencia forthose purposes. This insurance is not included in the rentfor stand space, unless specifically stated in the SpecificConditions of Exhibiting.

The insurance establishes a cover of 2850 € per 16 m2,with 2400 € corresponding to the contents, and 450 € tothe structure of the stand.Exhibitors must fill in the merchandise inventory in theExhibitor Services Application Forms, indicating the valueof all the items included in it, in order to fully guaranteethem against those risks.

20.- Theft (not Pilferage)Feria Valencia has an insurance policy available to exhibitorsand stand contractors wishing to avail themselves of it thatprovides cover against theft where the exhibitor or standcontractor declares the capital and goods to be insured, indetail, on the relevant Exhibitor Services Request form.

In order for the insured party to be able to exercise theirright to make a claim in the case of theft within the exhibitionvenue, it will be essential for them to present a Police reporton the incident.

Neither Feria Valencia nor the insurance company canaccept any responsibility for any theft, loss or damage thatmay occur on or to exhibitors’ stands or to the goodsexhibited on their stands.

It will be the exhibitors’ and/or the stand contractors’responsibility to watch over the stands and the goodsexhibited on them before, during and after the fair.

21.- Civil LiabilityTo cover possible accidents derived from the exhibitedgoods, and for which the exhibiting company may bedeemed liable, there is also a policy covering this eventuality.Exhibitors that so wish may take out this policy by filling inthe corresponding section in the Exhibitors ServicesApplication Form.Feria Valencia will not be held responsible for any risk runby exhibitors staff or their installations or exhibited goods,deriving from the participation in events or activities at FeriaValencia.Proportional Rule: To avoid the proportional rule in thecase of accidents, it will be necessary for exhibitors toindicate the total value of exhibited goods, including theinstallation and decoration of their stands, for the purposesof the compulsory insurance against fire and water damage,and of the optional insurances against theft and civil liability.

V.- SAFETY REGULATIONS22.- Safety and SecurityThe exhibition of products which may pose a risk forvisitors, other exhibitors, suppliers and the staff of FeriaValencia or its premises, is strictly forbidden.The exhibition of machinery in operation will be allowedwhenthe exhibition does not represent a risk to individuals or thefair premises, and all liabilities are the exclusive responsibilityof the exhibitors. Therefore, the necessary protective devicesmust be installed in the machinery, adopting the safetymeasures established by existing rules and regulations.Exhibitors with operational machinery or equipment willhave to contract a policy for civil liability to cover possibledamage that machinery or equipment could cause.Feria Valencia reserves the right to inspect exhibitorinstallations at any time, through its services, and shallfurthermore have the right to make all the recommendationsas deemed necessary, which must be acted uponimmediately and with no recourse to appeals.Feria Valencia will be entitled to demand that exhibitorsremove staff from their stand should their behaviourmake this measure advisable.23.- SurveillanceDuring the period of the fair, the general surveillance ofthe exhibition pavilions and other premises is theresponsibility of the trade fair institution.

The surveillance is designed to be a deterrent only as it isimpossible to supervise all the goods on display on thestands and for this reason Feria Valencia will not be heldresponsible for any possible pilferage, theft of or damageon or to the stands, whose safeguarding is the responsibilityof the exhibitors themselves, both during the periods ofsetting-up and dismantling and during public opening hours.

The general surveillance carried out by Feria Valencia doesnot alter the principle of liability for damage to individualsor things.

24.- Risk PreventionFollowing article 24 of clause 18.1 of the 31/1995 Law ofPrevention of Risks in the Workplace dated 8 November,the Exhibiting company commits itself, and is obliged bylaw, to inform Feria Valencia of any risks to workers derivingfrom the setting up of its stand, and these should bespecified in the Decoration Project submitted to the Fair’sTechnical Department for approval.Exhibitors commit themselves to comply with Feria Valencia’sGeneral Rules for Prevention of Risks in the Workplace,as well as with the Procedures in Emergencies includedin Annex 2 of the Form for Requesting Services forExhibitors, and will assume full responsibility deriving fromany possible failure to comply with the established standardsin the case of the Exhibitors’ own staff and subcontractedstaff and third parties who may be affected by the activityof the Exhibitor who will be contractually solely responsiblefor the matters indicated above.The Exhibitor has been informed by Feria Valencia of theexisting risks within the Fair premises and of thecorresponding Safety and Prevention Standards. TheExhibiting Company commits itself to communicate thisinformation, together with Feria Valencia’s General Rulesfor Prevention of Risks in the Workplace and the roceduresin Emergencies, to its staff and to all the personnel contractedor subcontracted by the company, demanding theircompliance while on the premises of Feria Valencia.In the event of failure to comply with the above rules, FeriaValencia reserves the right to halt work being carried outby the Exhibiting Company or by any person(s) contractedor subcontracted by it or through third parties. The companyshall be notified of the reasons for halting the works inorder for it to proceed to immediate correction of anyirregularity detected.

25.- Force MajeureIn case of force majeure, the Organizing Committee reservesthe right to delay, shorten, extend or cancel the Fair, aswell as to cordon off specific areas or pavilions eithertotally or partially, temporarily or for the entire duration ofthe Show, any or some of the pavilions or spaces occupiedor used by the fair, or to relocate the exhibitors affected.In cases of accredited force majeure, exhibitors will nothave the right to terminate their contract with the Fair orclaim compensation for damages.

VI.- DATA PROTECTION26.- Personal Data ProtectionIn the terms established in the Personal Data ProtectionLaw L.O. 15/1999, and additional provisions, exhibitorsare expressly informed of the incorporation of their personaldata included in this form into a computerised databasebelonging to Feria Valencia. You are also informed thatyour details may be communicated, in strict confidentiality,to companies that collaborate with of Feria Valencia, forexclusively operational and procedural purpose derivedfrom the contractual relationship, including its antecedents,contents and development.Sending this form implies your express permission for thecommunication of your details to third parties, as well asfor you to receive marketing communications by electronicmeans.The trade fair institution informs you that you will at alltimes have the right to access, modify and remove thesedata, or to refuse consent for the use of your data for theabove-mentioned purpose, by writing to the followingpostal address: FERIA VALENCIA:- Av. de las Ferias, s/n.- 46035 Valencia (P.O. Feria Valencia may upon written request from exhibitorsprovide them with databases of guest buyers but will at alltimes do this in compliance with Law 15/1999 published13th December 1999 on Protection of Data of a PersonalNature and exhibitors will likewise undertake as an obligationto maintain professional secrecy regarding the data receivedfrom Feria Valencia and not pass them on to any third partyeven for storage purposes, which obligation will remain inforce even after there is no longer any contractual relationshipbetween the exhibitor and Feria Valencia.

Feria Valencia will be exonerated of any responsibility thatmay derive from the Exhibitor failing to comply with theOrganic Law on the Protection of Data or with Law 34/2002published 11th June regarding Information Society Servicesand Electronic Commerce or, in particular, from the practiceof sending unsolicited advertising electronically.

VII.- ENFORCEABILITY OF THE CONDITIONS ANDJURISDICTION27.- Enforceability of ConditionsBy taking part in the fair and having an allocated space,exhibitors are understood to be aware of andexpressly accept all the general and specific Conditionsfor Exhibiting and to commit themselves to abide by themat all times.

28.- JurisdictionThe parties involved agree freely and mutually to abibeto the jurisdiction of the courts of the city ofValencia, incase of l it igation arising from interpretation orimplementation of the terms of this contract.
