Lease:  A contract granting use or occupation of property during a specified period in exchange for a specified rent.

Sublet: To rent (property one holds by lease) to another.

Tenant: One that pays rent to use or occupy land, a building, or other property owned by another.

Credit report: A complete history of a persons paying habbits.

Landlord/landlady: One that owns and rents land, buildings, or dwelling units.

Non refundable: Money that cannot be returned.
