The Process
Failed Start in the UK Standard did translate Unwilling to accept others design Too complicated User interface not intuitive

The AH-HA Moment
The “Yes” man came in Furniture guy came to us and said he had a
solution, We Laughed Then he said it again and we listened, You never
know where the solution is going to come from. Had a demo and initial discussion Then spent a day with Engineer and Manufacturer
to do a deep dive. Brought in a sample unit. Then Proof of concept on how they could make it
global. Then we threw up all over it, Birth of the
“Feldmann”

Take the internal walls down Never know where the answer lies.
