LETTER OF INTRODUCTION

It is my pleasure to introduce WIT Manufacturing Ltd. to your Company as a potential supplier of

precision machined components and assemblies. The foundation of WIT Manufacturing is

based on three key elements: The Customer, Total Quality and Our Employees. We are

WIT Manufacturing Ltd. supplies precision-machined components using high speed CNC

controlled equipment focusing on Precision Milling and Turning. WIT also has the capability to

provide value added processes such as stamping, fabrication, welding, assembly, plating and

painting, which allows us to be a Full Service Provider.

We have recently moved into a completely renovated 35,000 square foot manufacturing facility

which now allows us room to grow and offer more services.

Through our stringent quality assurance system, which is registered by BSI to the ISO 9001-

2008 standard, all products are supplied with certificate’s of conformance, ensuring we have

exceeded our customer requirements.

In order to satisfy all of our customer’s needs, WIT Manufacturing also has a machine

Maintenance and Service Division, GKR Machine Services.GKR is a Licensed Electrical

Contractor as well as Qualified CNC Equipment Maintenance provider, employing several

Electricians and Millwrights. See our attached flyer for further details on their services.

Originally established in 1932 by the Blouse Family and operated as Blouse Metal Products, the

foundation inherited through the purchase of Blouse Metal Products, while at the same time,

STRENGTHS

WIT Manufacturing Ltd. continues to be at the leading edge of introducing new technologies into

precision custom machining processes. This is evident by the networking of our CNC machining

centres with administration and engineering, directly through our network and DNC interfaces.

Some other strengths and capabilities include:

Process engineering capabilities, whereby the mechanical engineering aspects of the

product are analyzed in order to develop a process which will be used to manufacture

the part in the most efficient manner.

Our engineering department is able to receive customer specification data in a number

of different ways and formats such as EDI, internet and email. We can also accept solid

model and STEP (Standard Technology for the Exchange of Products model data) files.

WIT Manufacturing Ltd. utilizes many different engineering software packages such as

KeyCreator and Mastercam.

Our company has invested a significant portion of its capital budget into technology

which helps us to maintain our manufacturing capabilities at the industry forefront. The

engineering department is well staffed in terms of qualified personnel and capacity to

process the flow of new orders.

Several machining work cells have been developed within demanding time frames to

increase throughput while reducing lead-times and inventories.

Fee structure for 2014 is as follows:

Work can be either quoted, or Time & Material

Basic rate $65.00/hr per Licensed Technician

Non licensed technician - Min. $35.00/hr.

Overtime after 8 hrs, or any shift starting after 5pm & Saturday rate: Time and one half

Call in before 7:00am or after 5:00pm: 3 hour minimum at applicable overtime rates

Travel Charge: $50.00/hr or $0.50/km if over 50 kilometers one way

Weekend shift: o Friday night, Saturday day or evening – Time and one half o Sunday and Holiday hours – Double time
