And now a word from our new, but yet old, but reinvigonted and renewed President;

Happy New Year to everyone! Your new board consists of John Hackman, President;Pete Petersen, Vice President; Kitty Martin, Treasurer; Sandie Norton, Secretary; andMichael Salley; Director.Committees are still forming but Kitty will be the head of the Finance Committee, LeeBailey will chair the ARC Committee, Lee and Dorothy will be the Welcome Committee,Grounds Committee will be Sandie Norton and Jackie Lange, Covenant Committee willbe headed by John Miller, Pool Committee will be chaired by Jake Jackowski and JohnHackman will head the lrrigation Committee. The Social Committee is in need of anew Chair. Please let me know if you can head this committee. We look fonrard to aproductive New Year while maintaining and improving our community.

From the ARC ..... The ARC only functions, and the neighborhood retains itsstandards, if it gets the cooperation of the neighbors it serves. We are here tohelp retain the community values that have been established by you via theoperating committees and the Board of Directors. The ARC is a paper tiger withno teeth except when you cooperate. We know you care about the appearanceof our neighborhood; that's why we have an ARC.So with that said please try to indicate your intentions for your new outsideproject with an ARC permit. The permit suggests 3O days, although we willusually resolve the issue faster.
