Abstract
GoalTo create a methodology for quantifying the usability of the software and implement it.
Object The process of assessing the quality of the interface.
Tasks:finding the weaknesses of state standards (ISO 14915-1:2002, ISO 9241-210, GOST 28195-89) in this area;formulating the requirements for the methodology of evaluation of interfaces;creating a new method of quantifying usability;inplementing the application based on this technique;counting ROI;providing recommendations for promotion.
Methodology
16 factors:reliability,uniformity,evidence of the state of the system,flexibilitycognitive simplicity,ergonomic simplicity,search availability,quality of content,
121 assessments for describing all factors.

Assessments: graphic means for transmitting responses,emotional reactions to the users’ actions,informal language for describing actions,characterbrand.
Emotional Factor
Using of certain characters in UIs to create a special image of the application, prompt users to perceive the application as a living being, to raise anthropomorphism of the interfaces and empathy.

The Calculation of the Economic Efficiency
Development period: 2 month.
Expenses: 4093 $, 853 $ for one-time costs and 3240 $ for permanent expenses are included.
RecoupmentThe calculation of the economic efficiency of application showed that the development will pay for itself within a year. It also depends on the skill of designer and the duration of sprint. Companies which aren’t using the app will spend from 5280 to 8640 dollars while our expenses on the work and development are only $6317.34.
