Without hard work, we could not imagine Lang Lang playing wonderful piano music, we could not imagine Barcelona football club obtaining six champion titles in one season, and we could not imagine John Nash establishing Nash equilibrium that won him Nobel Prize.

With basic and spiritual needs satisfied, they tend to be more concentrated to improve teaching methods, actively communicate with students, patiently answer students’ questions, earnestly address students’ emotional problems. Therefore, as expected, the quality of education can be enhanced. If teachers salaries were not being raised, they might resort to doing part-time, which could possibly lead to an unsatisfactory teaching performance.
