Compliance: Revised Sanction of Phase-III (proposed Amendment/expansion) obtained from
PMRDA dtd 19/08/2016.
Query2: PP to provide mandatory RG area on virgin land and submit the drawing/ master
plan with calculation.
Compliance: Minimum RG required for the proposed project is 7391.06 sq.m (10% of net plot
area). However proposed RG area on ground is 8791.06 sq.m (11.89% of net plot area). Layout
showing proposed RG with calculation is attached as Annexure I.
