Cue demande soit faite à la Commission Municipale de Québec et ^ux Autorités du Chômage de bien vouloir accorder à la ville d'Aylmer l'autorisation d'abriter dans les maisons qui lui appartiennent les chômeurs -Nécessiteux de cette ville et d'en retirer l'allocation ABRI accordée aux propriétaires abritant des nécessiteux.
Ces propriét/l/;fés appartiennent à la ville les ayant reprises pour non paiement de taxes les(iuelles s îélèvent h un fort montant dont il sera impossible de s'en défaire sans faire de grosses pertes.
Les allocations abri si elles sont accordées serowt employées surtout à l'entretien de ces bâtisses la ville ne pouvant les tenir en bonne condition, ces immeubles seront vite accumulés à la ruine et sera une perte totale piur la ville ,
