Forgot Client Code/Password and Login Fund Lien/Unlien and Limits Creation of Market Watch Order placement Order book/Trade book and Positions Stock Lien/Unlien

To start trading with SBICAP Securities Ltd. Click on TRADE LOGIN.

You need your ClientCode, Password and PAN NUMBER to login to your account. Incase if you don’t have your ClientCode you can click on FORGOT CLIENT CODE to retrieve it.

You need to put in your registered Email ID along with the PAN NUMBER and then click on SEARCH.

After doing the procedure your client code will be sent on your registered mail ID.

If you have forgotten your Password kindly click on “Forgot Password Or Get New Password”.

Put in the client code in this box and click on SEARCH.

Type your PAN NUMBER in the given box and click on CHECK RESPONSES.

One Time Password will be sent to your registered email id & mobile no. which should be entered in the given box. Then click on Verify OTP.

You can now set your new password which should satisfy the given parameters and then confirm the same in the box given below. Then click on CHANGE PASSWORD.

To login into your account, put the client code, password and PAN NUMBER and then click on LOGIN.

To move funds from SBI savings account to trading account, click on Lien/Unlien.

This is how the trading screen will look like.

Click on “Mark Lien/Unlien for Funds”.

Select SBI from the Bank Name drop down.

Put the amount you wish to lien in the box here.

Finally click on LIEN.

You Merchant Reference Number is generated. Click on OK.

Your INB user name will be displayed here. Kindly put the INB password in this box and then click on SUBMIT.

Click on CONFIRM to confirm your transaction.

Again give the final confirmation by clicking on CONFIRM here.

You can view the status from SSL here and then click on CLOSE.

The amount lien marked can be viewed by clicking on LIMITS.

Here you can view your lien amount and also Lien/Unlien fund by clicking on MANAGE.

To move funds from your trading account to your SBI savings account kindly fill in all your details and click on UNLIEN and follow the same steps as for Lien.

To view the live rates of various scrips, click on Market Watch in menu panel in the Window section.

NIFTY market watch comprising of Nifty50 scrips and SENSEX market watch comprising of Sensex30 scrips will be present in the dropdown list by default.

Click on Manage Market Watch to create your own market watch.

Click on CREATE to create your own market watch.

Type your preferred name of the market watch in the box given here and click on OK.

To add the scrip in your market watch, first select your preferred type from the drop down (e.g. EQUITY).

Select either NSE or BSE from the drop down as your preferred exchange.

Type in the Company name and select the same from the drop down.

Then click on Go to add the scrip to your market watch.

The added scrip will appear here and you can view all the details.

In Manage Market Watch, Select a specific market watch and click on Rename or Delete to perform your desired function.

To start placing orders select the type of transaction i.e. Buy or Sell by clicking on the required radio button.

Next, select type as equity from the drop down list.

In the Exchange column you can select NSE or BSE as per your preference.

Now, enter the name of the company in which you wish to trade, in the company field.

After entering the stock click on GO button for the LTP to appear.

Alternatively, if the stock is added in your Market Watch. Right click on the stock that you wish to transact in. And then click on Buy or Sell as per your preference.

The order book will appear along with your selected Stock, and you have to click on Intraday or Delivery in product type as per your preference. For e.g. Intraday.

Then you can select the order type – Limit, Market, etc. as per your preference.

Since you are placing a Limit order, enter the Price at which you wish to place your order. Incase the order type is Market, the price field will automatically be disabled and take your order at Market price.

Next, you are required to enter the quantity of stocks that you wish to transact in.

Now you have to set the validity as day, which is the same by default.

After entering all the details you have to click on SUBMIT.

You can Click on confirm for final placement of order.

After submission you will be asked for confirmation.

You can Click on modify in case if you wish to modify your order.

Lastly, you will get a final confirmation stating that your order is under process.

You can view the status of your order in the ORDER STATUS widget.

You can also view or modify or cancel your order from the Order/Trade book in the menu panel.

Once the trade is executed, it can be viewed in Trade Book.

From the trade book, by clicking on the actions button a drop down will appear which will allow you to Sell, Buy and even convert your position.

You can view your day’s position in Positions option given in the menu panel.

The position window will appear which will display the details of the positions for the day.

By clicking on the actions button a drop down will appear which will allow you to square off your position.

Once square off button is clicked, a sell order form will appear with the stock name and quantity by default in which you have to select the order type as per your choice.

Since you are placing a Market order, the price field will automatically be disabled and take your order at Market price. In case if the order type is Limit, you will be required to enter the Price at which you wish to place your order.

After entering the details you have to click on SUBMIT.

You can Click on confirm for final placement of order.

After submission you will be asked for confirmation.

You can Click on modify in case if you wish to modify your order.

Lastly, you will get a final confirmation stating that your order is under process.

For allocation of your shares you can click on Lien/Unlien option in the menu panel.

Click on “Mark Lien/Unlien Stocks for Sale”.

Also, you can move shares from your demat account to trading account by clicking on Demat Holding.

In this window, select your DP ID from the drop down.

Click on DP HOLD to view your demat holdings.

Click on the radio button of the scrip you wish to allocate.

Again click on DP HOLD to confirm your selection.

Now put the quantity you wish to block (allocate) in the given box here and click on SUBMIT.

Status will appear as SUCCESS. Click on OK.

To release (unallocate) the shares from your trading account click on LIEN/UNLIEN.

Click on “Mark Lien/Unlien Stocks for Sale”.

Select your DP ID from the drop down.

Here you can view your allocated shares. Click on RELEASE to release the allocated shares.

Click on DP HOLD to confirm your selection.

Now put the quantity to release (unallocate) in the given box here and click on RELEASE.

Status will appear as SUCCESS. Click on OK.

For Successfully logging out of the Trading platform, click on the Logout button displayed.

After clicking on logout, you will get a pop up message asking for confirmation. Where you have to click on Leave this Page.

This screen will appear stating that you have successfully logged out from the session.
