To execute site works–Civil, Mechanical, E & I, Majestic Mountains
Building Contracting LLC (MMBC) submits the prequalification document.
It will serve as an easy reference and provide adequate information for
evaluation of the commercial bid.
MMBC will continuously plan, monitor and control all the construction
activities to ensure successful timely completion of the construction in
accordance with all approved drawings, specifications, standards of your
esteemed organization.

ABOUT ENGR. K ANIL BABU - CHAIRMAN
Engr K Anil Babu is who under takes various responsibilities including project
control management, pre & post tendering, finance, Business strategy, contract
negotiations, vendor management, business development, legal, scheduling,
development process, planning, construction management and engineering since
25 years in Gulf construction sector with excellent professional relationships with
various Consultants, Technical Experts, Suppliers.
Overall responsibility for administrative and contractual works and for all aspects of
contract execution in the building and installation of the company’s contracts. He
has vital knowledge in different construction projects like Individual Luxury Villas,
Group Villas, Town Houses and Multi storage buildings and other commercial
constructions buildings.
He is a qualified Civil Engineer reputed from an Indian University and professional
membership with Society of Engineers-Dubai, Trakhees Accreditation program and
register for engineering professions practice certification with Dubai Municipality.
He has worked with various reputed multinational companies as General Manager;
he then continued his career with “MMBC” for over 7 years during which he was
heading “MMBC”s corporate office. Expertise in Civil & MEP construction process.
Clear understanding of the requirements for authorities like DDA, RTA, JAFZA,
DUBAI FREE ZONE, DM, DEWA, SEWA, Green Building etc.

ABOUT ENGR. M A RAO – PROJECTS HEAD
Engr M A Rao have 20+ Years Techno Commercial Gulf experience in the
construction industry he have been fortunate to work in all aspect of the
development process including planning, scheduling, engineering and
procurement, construction management and successful project closeout.
Proven ability to adapt quickly to new environments and conditions and lead
site management teams from diverse multi cultured backgrounds -
demonstrated through a long professional history of work exposure to
international construction markets especially in the Middle East / GCC Gulf;
and UAE.
Overall responsibility for all aspects of contract execution in the building and
installation of the company’s contracts. Weekly progress meetings,
managing resources, program production, identifying, documenting and
controlling contract variations, ensuring H&S adherence throughout the
company. Production of H&S plans and completion files. Site inspections to
ensure program adherence, quality adherence and sub-contract compliance.
Monthly works in progress reports and analyze job costing to ensure
profitability targets are met. Multiple site project management.

Engr P Nagesh Chief Executive Office of Majestic Mountains Building Contracting LLC. He is a qualified Civil Engineer with Honors Degree in Civil Engineering from an Indian University. He has over 27 years of rich experience in the field of construction. He is passionate about construction of Individual villas; Factory sheds construction, multi storage residential and commercial buildings.
Prior to MMBC, he has worked for reputed Multinational Construction companies. He has handled, executed and satisfactorily completed various types of project (over several hundred million AED) independently in UAE. Strong structural design background, deep understanding of techno commercial issues, rich working experience in Middles East & other challenging markets, Excellent professional relationships with Consultants, suppliers and customers.

MAJESTIC MOUNTAINS BUILDING CONTRACTING L.L.C (MMBC) is
reputed company in the U.A.E. construction business. The Company was
formed (G+1 License) in 2006 at Dubai and has since then through
adherence to the principles of its mission statement, seen an impressive
growth and upgraded as G+12 License Company.
MMBC started with the activity of building maintenance and construction of
private villas and has over the years diversified into a multi- division
company with the ability and confidence to grow and expand. The
company today operated in the various sectors of construction / post
construction activities.

ACTIVITIES
Project Management
Control of physical and budget status of projects, work structuring, physical
progress follow-up, project reporting, implementation of cost control system,
expenditure evaluation and reporting, setting up of contract clauses,
technical and quality conditions, payment and delivery conditions etc,
management of contract changes, negotiations of claims, subcontract
management and quantity surveying.
Engineering
Civil and Structural Engineering:
Proposals engineering such as preparation of engineering bid, bid drawings
and calculation of quantities, review of vendors design and structural
drawings & Construction Engineering such as calculation of detailed
quantities and preparation of shop drawings.
Detail Engineering
Feed endorsement, review and clarification of tender documents,
identification of long lead items and issue enquiry for the casting, preparation
of quantities and estimation of man hours, subcontracting documents and
enquiry, selection of major task and finalizing its cost and preparation of
execution statement.
QUALITY ASSURANCE AND CONTROL SERVICES
For construction of any project related to civil, mechanical, electrical and
instrumentation such as preparation of project quality plans, procedures as
per ISO quality systems requirement.
The work will be executed in accordance with a detailed agreed method
statement and drawings and the requirements of the contract
documentation.
Detailed agreed method statement will contain control procedures to ensure
compliance with the project requirements including program, sequence of
work and coordination with other tasks.
Workshop drawings are produced for internal use in accordance with the
requirement of design, the construction drawings and the contract program.
The workshop drawing will indicate the requirements for working details,
finishes, detail of procurement of materials.
PROCUREMENT
Procurement of materials is undertaken by the Procurement Dept. based on
requisition prepared by the execution team and under the supervision of the
site manager in compliance with the contract specification and program.
Suppliers are selected on the basis of their compliance to the specification of
the proposed products, quality assurance procedures, experience, logistics,
delivery time, reliability and commercial terms.
Goods are obtained from approved suppliers as defined in the company
quality manual. Standard goods are obtained using the company’s
specification for supply; prescribed goods are obtained in compliance with
the contract specification.
SAFETY AND QUALITY It is MAJESTIC MOUNTAINS BUILDING CONTRACTING L.L.C (MMBC)
philosophy to implement and maintain safety rules, regulations and practices
which ensure that the safety of all persons on the work site.
MMBC quality assurance policy contends that a pro-active approach of the
quality management is more beneficial, in the long term, to both the
company and the public, than a reactive approach to quality problems.
MMBC construction services are implemented with a systematic quality
assurance program
Based on the project specification and other requirements in order to control
and maintain the highest possible quality of the work throughout the
construction period.

PROJECT EXECUTION PLAN
PROJECT EXECUTION PLAN
Upon award of contract, project team will be established; site camp
and site office will be set up. While selecting the project team all
aspects will be considered into account for timely completion, such as-
persons experienced in the civil and MEP works.
Request letter for temporary power and water for the site works shall
be raised by client. All drawings for the constructions, tender
documents shall be studied again thoroughly. If any clarification or
information shall be raised through the transmittal as per client quality
plan.
Letter of intent shall be issued to the construction material suppliers.
After obtaining the necessary approvals, all the data and the locations
tie in the point, measurement and other construction related
information shall be verified and collected. If any deviation found or
clarification required, shall be raised through the transmittal as per
quality plan.
Structural work shall be started on approval of the construction
drawings.
After receiving free issue materials, the same shall be stored in MMBC
site store and inspection shall be conducted. Observations and
remarks shall be recorded in the approved quality inspection plan.
After verification and acceptance of received material shall be used for
construction activities.
All construction activities at site for civil, mechanical, FF, FA, Drainage
and water systems shall be carried out as per quality plan and HSE
policies in order to obtain optimum quality and without last time
injury(LTI).
During the period of construction at work yard all, the employees shall
follow the HSE policies and use all type of PPE throughout the project
without any deviation in order to achieve no LTI. We shall conduct
safety toolbox talks (TBT) and safety workshop as per site HSE plan.
Once all construction and installation activities are completed, pre-
commissioning of installation shall be carried out.
All readings and observations obtained from the testing shall be
recorded in the appropriated forms as per quality plans and shall be
submitted to the client through the transmittal.
Any punch list issued from client shall be cleared before
commissioning and de-mobilization from the site.
During commissioning, if any changes are found, shall be marked in
red color on the drawings for as built.
All documentation such as As-built drawings and all test records and
inspection records shall be submitted to client progressively on
completion of each zone.
Detailed method statement shall be submitted after award of the
contract.
HSE POLICY
CORPORATE HSE POLICY
Majestic Mountains Building Contracting L.L.C. (MMBC) will continuously strive to manage HSE risks with the goal of preventing all accidents, injuries and occupational illness and will make all efforts to protect the environment through the active participation of each employee and management.
MMBC believes that both quality and HSE systems hand in hand make an unbeatable combination to enhance business performance and social responsibility. MMBC consider health, safety and environmental protection as line responsibility and to have zero tolerance for accidents /incidents. In order to achieve these objects MMBC shall take the following reasonable practical steps: On general and safety issues, MMBC shall:
Abide by the Federal Laws, Decrees and Statutes of the local Govt. in
the areas of its operations.
Provide an HSE cover through an efficient HSE organization in top line
management by placement of skilled and efficient work force for
respective activities.
All employees shall have the in-alienable right to perform their duties in
a safe and healthy working environment free from hazards.
Provide health, safety and environmental protection management
system manual and procedures for all activities.
Conduct all operations in such a way to avoid harm to employees,
subcontractors, client personnel and environment.
Organize HSE awareness programmer or all employees and
subcontractor.
Provide quality equipment, vehicles, tools and personnel protective
equipment.
Risk analysis and management by inspecting and reporting the unsafe
conditions and hazards.
Motivate employees for consistent reporting of accidents, incidents or
near misses.
Educate and train all employees to deal with potential crisis and
emergencies.
Assess and reward high standard HSE performances.
Implement the preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
Provide efficient communication network among all employees.
On health issues, MMBC shall:
Strive to protect, promote, and maintain the health of employees and
subcontractors.
Control and manage all chemical, physical, biological, mechanical and
psychosocial factors.
Provide high quality medical aid to all employees.
Provide living accommodations, which are free from occupational
health hazards.
Provide adequate recreational facilities.
On Environmental Protection Issues, MMBC shall:
Provide products and services, which when used and practiced in accordance with practical documented advice, will not cause undue effect on the environment.
Protect the environment through identification, reporting and elimination of hazards like oil spills, emissions of toxic gases and effluents.
Provide proper treatment of debris, garbage’s and sates and disposal at authorized locations.
Preserve and protect all locations of archeological, historical and natural interest in the areas of operations.
Ensure the management of waste by eliminating their generation through source reduction and encourage recycling wherever possible.
Cooperate with industry and govt. in identifying environmental goals
and in developing effective, reasonable and equitable control
programs.
Road and safety issues, MMBC shall: Ensure that all personnel who possess a valid UAE D/L comply with
UAE and client driving regulations.
Ensure to obey the speed limits as shown by read signs.
An approved party provides necessary training required to gain and
client document safe driving.
All light vehicles operating in client fields shall be fitted with vehicle
monitoring device.
MMBC will ensure that all employees and subcontractors perform their
duties according to this HSE policy.
