Our Management

BIT is managed by a steering committee of high qualified consultants; it sets the overall strategic objectives and assigns one general director every three years, his/her main responsibility is to implement the company’s strategic objectives through proper communication and administration.

BIT obtained the project based organizational structure to have the highest level of flexibility and productivity. It is the style of management that customers love; the project manager has the highest level of authority over all resources under well-defined objectives.

To make it more professional, a centralized project management office exists to assist project managers in all project phases, it’s essential to formulate the work procedures and continuously evaluate the templates and project management methodologies.

To keep our business image and company culture in higher quality, an independent quality assurance unit reporting directly to the consultants’ council, is responsible for evaluating and monitoring all the implementations, reporting any defects on the plans, documenting the learned lessons, and assessing the customer’s satisfaction.
