GD eLearning Project – City of Bradford, UK

BUSINESS CHALLENGE

The council was using different systems, which were replaced by SAP and needed to train the employees on the new system and processes, given a limited budget.

The company workforce is very diverse, and multi-ethnic and an ageing workforce, with basic PC skills and basic English language skills.

This company had a preference for classroom training as e-learning is unknown and faced some resistance. For many employees, this was their first e-learning experience.

SOLUTION

12 hours of e-learning on ERP Finance and Self-Service as part of the overall training solution

e-learning courses are compliant with industry standards (SCORM 2004) and are suitable for replication on a CD-ROM or delivery via a Web Server or Learning Management System as online courses or download-and-play
