Reid Gardner Power Plant
• 250 MW Photovoltaic Solar Project located in Clark County, NV on the Moapa River Indian Reservation
• Power Purchase Agreement with Los Angeles Department of Water and Power
• Will provide enough energy to power 93,000 homes
• 5.5 mile Gen-Tie to Crystal Substation Interconnection (500 kv) on BLM Right of Way
• First Solar Photovoltaic panels on Fixed Tilt Structures
• Construction well underway with Commercial Operations by the end of 2016

Reid Gardner Power Plant
• Proposed 100 MW Photovoltaic Solar Project located near Reservation Road and Highway 168 on the Moapa River Indian Reservation held under Option to Lease with Moapa Band of Paiutes
• Will be second project First Solar is working with the Moapa Tribe
• Utilizes First Solar photo voltaic panels on fixed tilt structures
• Will provide enough energy to power 24,000 homes
• Gen-Tie line will be 1.5-2 miles long, crossing Tribal and BLM lands

Moapa Southern and Aiya Solar Projects Offer Key Tribal Benefits
• Generates substantial lease revenues for the Tribe over Project lifetime without tying up future land use potential
• Creates a construction workforce of approximately 300-400, and up to 5 ongoing jobs for each project
• First Solar is committed to hiring qualified Tribal members for construction and operations jobs
• Benefits to local businesses including available Tribal services, construction subcontractors, and suppliers
• Does not disturb existing development
• Removes the equivalent of 455,000 metric tons of CO2 the equivalent of taking 88,000 cars off the road
• Provides quiet, low-lying, emissions-free generation with no water required to generate electricity
• Provides Tribal community, educational and capital improvement benefits
