1.Incubation temperature controI

Different pouItry requires different temperatures:incubation period of

chicken is21days,it· s38.2° C fronn1st~6th day,38飞 )fronn7th^ˇ 14th day,37.8℃)on15th day,and37.2'`ˇ 37.5℃)from16th^ˇ 21st day。

2.HuⅡlidity controI:It requires differeⅡ t reIative huⅡ lidity in differemt per-

iod ofincubation。 The re1ative huⅡ lidity shalI keep within55o/。 ^ˇ 60o/o at

the earlier stage ofiⅡ cubation to ensure even heating for embryo,which

is good for formation ofalIantoic nuid aⅡ d amniotic muid,the re1ativehumidity shaII keep within30o/。 ⌒

55o/。 atthe Π1iddIe stage ofiⅡ cubation,which is good for evaporatioⅡ of water,the reIative huⅡ 1idity at the last

3.CIeaning and sterilization before incubation:wash and cIean theincubator,

then suffumigateit with potassium permanganate and formalin。

4. Incubation equipmentinspection before incubation:check aII ofthe parts

compIetely and observe whether the fan rotation device works normaIIy and

whether aII ofthe compoⅡ ents arein good condition,then adjustthe tem-

perature and feed waterto the taⅡ k。 ⒈Ιake a12-24hours’ triaI again wheⅡ

the incubator reachestemperature and huⅡ 1idity requirement,ifthe inc-

ubator works norma1Iy,it can be putinto runniⅡ g。

5. Choose aⅡ d store fresh egg within5days(7days at most)as hatching egg,

as for the egg stored forInore than5days,4o/。 Iess the incubatioⅡ rate and30minutes proIonged incubation period for oⅡ e Imore day storage。 Theproper temperature for hatching egg storage is12℃ ⌒

16°C。 The smaIIer sideshaII be put upside duriⅡ g hatching egg storage。
