Design

The design is performed by BJN . qualified experienced designers using the BuidingInformationModelingsoftwareTEKLA. By TEKLA, BJN STEEL's GMBH. structural engineers are experienced to create accurate y detailed,highly constructible 30 structural models regardless of material orstructuralcomp exity (forexampletrusses) asfollows:

• DetailDesign (static calculationsJ • Design of bolt connedions (nodes) • Design 3-D modelinTekla software in orderto prepare Shop-Installation Drawings

A complete package of all tile tlructural drawings (as buiU) including all the details is at customer'sdispo11l before the start of the fabrication.

Our company has chartered engineers in all fields of expertise that are

specialized in bui ding and bridge steel constructions who are going to have

the overall supervision and coordination of the project. All our engineers will

beavai able to theclient's engineers.

The fabrication and welding shall be in accordance with highest inter­

national standards and during all of it's phases will be closely monitored by

our established quality systems.

A quality plan is formed and it is submitted to the client for approval. A copy of

this plan along with all the necessary documents will be avai able at the end

of the project. The traceability of the project will be insured as far as the raw

materials areconcerned within EN 1090-2.

During the programming of the cutting of the material there will be

dimensionaltests. All holes will bear the necessary andaccordingto the code

gap allowance and in allcases accordingto the final structural drawings that

will be submitted by the client.The holes on beams and plates will be

performed with drills or punchers. Flame cutting will only be used for the

outer contour formingof the plates.

The next phase is the assembly where we conduct further dimensional

tests are conducted beforethe phase ofwelding.

All welds is performed by qualified welders [EN287-1) and will be of the

upmost standards with semi-automatic MAG welding machines. All welds

will strictly be according to the project's specifications and tolerances that

are mentioned in the specifications or the respective norms that have to be

followed.

The welding check will be performed in accordance to the EN1090

1505817 and always according to the preformed quality plan that our quality

assurance department will provide.
