I h a v e r e a d t h e s e T e r m s a n d C o n d i t i o n sd a t e a n d s i g n a t u r e

Before using any of the services provided by Sandra SPA, users are obliged to read and follow these Terms and Conditions during their stay at the SPA. It is assumed that any person using Sandra SPA services has read the Terms and Conditions specified below.

1. Quiet hours must be observed on the premises of Sandra SPA. Our visitors are asked to speak quietly to enable other visitors to relax and rest.

2. Persons in poor health or physical condition or malaise as well as pregnant women should use our Spa services with particular caution, adequately for their health.

3. If a visitor is late for his or her treatment, the total treatment time will be shortened by the time of delay.

4. In order to ensure safety and improve the e ectiveness of treatments, before the treatment you must inform the Spa sta  about: - any medicines you are taking; - past diseases; - allergies; - or pregnancy. 5. The SPA services shall not be provided for: - persons who seem to be under the influence of alcohol, psychotropic substances or other intoxicants; - persons with open wounds or acute skin inflammation; - minors under the age of 16.

Sandra SPA also recommends: - wearing a robe and no jewellery during body care treatments and massages; - avoiding heavy meals an hour before the treatment; - avoiding sunbathing just before and after the treatment; - drinking a lot of still water after the treatment.

6. Rules for cancelling or rescheduling the date of treatment: - individual and group booking: You must inform the SPA reception sta  about the rescheduling or cancellation of an individual booking at least 8 hours before the scheduled appointment. In turn in the case of a group booking you must inform the SPA reception sta  at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. If you cancel your treatment after the time specified above or you do not inform us about your cancellation, the Spa sta  reserves the right to charge you a fee at the amount of 60% of the total cost of the service ordered. - outside booking: Outside visitors of Sandra SPA are obliged to confirm their scheduled appointment at least 4 hours before their scheduled appointment, otherwise their booking will be automatically cancelled.

7. All complaints must be reported to the Spa sta  during the treatment or right after it on the day of the treatment, otherwise no complaints shall be received or accepted.
