As a result of the large number of major international projects, we have established an efficient logistics department for worldwide dispatch. Part of our service to our customers is the careful packing and loading of all manufactured goods.

Depending on our customer’s requests, we also take care of transport, customs clearance and shipment. Furthermore, we prepare and issue the accompanying shipping documents, export declarations and certificates of origin.

ASSEMBLY AND CUSTOMER ACCEPTANCE

Our emergency diesel generator sets are assembled and commissioned by our qualified service technicians on site. At this stage, we usually perform our supervisory service. This includes i.a. extensive and thorough training of the local personnel responsible for operation on site by our engineers. Only then do we effect the official handover to the customer.

In case of any technical problems, TANEKO service network undertakes the professional repair and maintenance work of the relevant parts.

SERVICE MANAGEMENT

Power generator sets are no ordinary utility objects – de facto they are rather highly complex power plants designed for individual applications. Especially emergency diesel generator sets contribute to a continuously available power supply. For this reason, it is necessary to turn to a qualified and reliable partner. We are aware of this challenge and therefore assist our customers throughout all processes, helping you right from the start.

Starting with the design of your generator sets, our engineers will do for you whatever is required by you as our valuable customer. Already at that stage you will profit from the large experience our engineers were able to gather over the years of international project business.

After placing your order, our qualified staff will start to manufacture and assemble the generator sets. Before the final dispatch, all gen-sets are tested at our company’s test benches, where you as our customer may watch the test runs from our control room. Only after all parameters fit and all functions have been retested will we prepare the gen-sets for delivery.

DSE7320AUTO START & AUTO MAINS FAILURE CONTROL MODULESThe DSE7310 is an Auto StartControl Module and the DSE7320 isan Auto Mains (Utility) FailureControl Module suitable for a widevariety of single, diesel or gas, gen-set applications.

Monitoring an extensive number ofengine parameters, the modules willdisplay warnings, shutdown andengine status information on theback-lit LCD screen, illuminatedLEDs, remote PC and via SMS textalerts (with external modem).

The DSE7320 will also monitor themains (utility) supply. The modulesinclude USB, RS232 and RS485ports as well as dedicatedDSENet® terminals for systemexpansion.

Both modules are compatible withelectronic (CAN) and non-electronic(magnetic pick-up/alternatorsensing) engines and offer anextensive number of flexible inputs,outputs and extensive engineprotections so the system can beeasily adapted to meet the mostdemanding industry requirements.

System alarms are annunciated onthe LCD screen (multiple languageoptions available), illuminated LEDand audible sounder.

The event log will record 250 eventsto facilitate easy maintenance. Anextensive number of fixed andflexible monitoring, metering andprotection features are included as well as comprehensivecommunication and systemexpansion options.

Using the DSE PC ConfigurationSuite Software allows easyalteration of the operationalsequences, timers and alarms. Withall communication ports capable ofbeing active at the same time, theDSE8610 is ideal for a wide varietyof demanding load shareapplications.

The DSE8620 is an Auto Mains(Utility) Failure Control Modulesuitable for paralleling singlegensets (diesel or gas) with themains (utility) supply. Designed tosynchronise a single genset with asingle mains (utility) supply, theDSE8620 will automatically controlthe change over from mains (utility)to generator supply or run thegenerator in synchronisation withthe mains (utility) to provide no-break, peak lopping and peakshaving power solutions.

The module can indicateoperational status and faultconditions on the LCD screen(multiple languages available), byilluminated LED, audible sounderand SMS messaging.

Comprehensive communicationsare also available via RS232,RS485 & Ethernet for remote PCcontrol and monitoring, andintegration into buildingmanagement systems. The comprehensive event log willrecord up to 250 events to facilitatemaintenance.

An extensive number of fixed andflexible monitoring and protectionfeatures are included. Easyalteration of the sequences, timersand alarms can be made using theDSE PC Configuration SuiteSoftware. Selected configuration isalso available via the module’s frontpanel.

LOAD BANKS

The RL Series Resistive Reactive Load Bank (Namely Resistive Inductive Load Bank) can simulate motor loads and electromagnetic devices within a power system as well as purely resistive loads by offering the ability to set a specific power factor (pf). Resistive Reactive Load Bank is the perfect solution for regularly scheduled maintenance testing and commissioning of mission-critical standby emergency power systems where rated kVA, rated power factor and rated current testing is required. Usually, it offers a 0.80 power factor load and is designed for testing large generators, switchgear, transformers and UPS systems.

Resistive Reactive Load Bank can be designed to install the resistive components and reactive components in one enclosure or two separate enclo-sure. Same as the Resistive Load Bank, it is available in stationary type for permanent installation or portable type with lifting rings, castors. Larger load banks, typically above 1250KVA, are based on an ISO container construction. Special finishes including custom paint colors and stainless steel casings can be supplied.

Resistive load bank (AC Load Bank, Dummy Load Bank, Generator Load Bank, Load Bank for Generator Testing) is a device which can simulate the real-life resistive loads and provides a rigorous test regime for power supplies from 1kW to 60MW. The “load” of a resistive load bank is created by the conversion of electrical energy to heat by power resistors. It mainly used to test and maintenance of Engine Generators, Storage Battery Systems, UPS Systems, Inverters, Ground Power Units, Auxiliary Power Units, Aircraft Power Generators, Wind Generators, Hydro Generators etc. Resistive load bank are available in stationary type for permanent installation(Permanent Load Bank) or portable type(Portable Load Bank) with lifting rings, castors. Larger load banks, typically above 1250KW, are based on an ISO container construction. Special finishes including custom paint colors and stainless steel casings can be supplied.

The ability to test critical power systems at voltages of 1.2KV to 80kV using direct-connect, High Voltage Load Bank offers engineers flexibility, time savings, cost savings, space savings and simplicity. It mainly used to commission utility, oil & gas, and industrial power systems without the need for additional transformers and cabling.
