All incoming material is opened and inspected on grounded static mats that comply with ESD standard 4.1, 20-20, EIA625 and Mil Std 1686 with personnel using wrist and heel straps.

Maintain Product Integrity

All parts post inspection are re-vacuum sealed to prevent moisture & maintain solderability using desiccant and moisture proof bags. We use the Vacuum Sealer-AMERIVACS Model # AVS-20.

Clean Room

Berman Electronic is in the process of completing our “class 1” clean room and Berman Electronic is in the process of completing our “class 1” clean room and anticipate completion and certification by calendar end. When completed it will be humidity controlled, fully ESD compliant and have the capacity to store over 1500 cubic feet of inventory. All test, measuring and storage equipment in the room conforms to all applicable ESD standards.

Berman Electronic utilizes the “less is more” principle to determine finished packaged product resulting in lower cost to the end user while focusing on package integrity, environmental impact (wasted packaging material) and dimensional weight factors.

He started his career as an investment banker on Wall Street in the 1990s specializing in technology companies. In 2004, Steve left the financial world and entered the electronics manufacturing sector. After working for several years with independent distributors and building a tremendous client base, Steve created Berman Electronic Enterprises to incorporate both his superior customer service focus and his innovative system of matching customer needs with stock around the world.
