newsletter included and eraser with the statement “Erase Stigmas Associated with Mental Illness”.

The eraser served as a tangible reminder that everyone can play a part in reducing stigmas associated with mental illnesses.

Quinnipiac University, Hamden, CT

In Nicaragua the occupational therapy students assessed the needs of the people living in challenging conditions.

They were able to build ramps and educate the people of Nicaragua on how to do certain activities while reducing the risk of injury.

program for individuals recovering from addiction or seeking assistance

The Idaho State University Student Occupational Therapy Association and the Idaho Occupational Therapy Association teamed together

Offered a low-cost, day long, continuing education opportunity to regional occupational therapy practitioners and students
