The Certified Human Resource Management Executive (CHRME) certification can be obtainedby seasoned and exceptional Human Resource professionals through the ACI GrandfatheringCertification Program.

The ACI Grandfathering Certification Program is a straightforward, points-based system(minimum of 110 points required). Candidates may meet the requirements for GrandfatheredCertification by accumulating points based on their previous relevant experience, othercertifications, and training and accomplishments in the field.

A candidate who meets the required number of points will no longer be required to submit anoriginal, documented paper nor take the certification exams.
