Experience in piping, structural and mechanical related engineering services.

• We currently service various sectors including: FMCG (Unilever SA), Food and beverage

(CCBSA), Chemical (Kansai Plascon), Oil & Gas (Shell/ Unico) and Bulk Storage (IVS).

• We currently employ 40 Skilled/ semi-skilled workers (Welders, Boiler makers, Pipe fitters

and riggers) and Unskilled workers on a permanent/semi-permanent basis.

• Our network of professionals (Mech engineers, QA Practitioners and Project Professionals

provide turnkey support for all our clients project requirements, plant/ utilities shutdown and

general maintenance work.

• Through our MERSETA registered learnership training program, we have trained more than 15

unskilled and semi-skilled workers up to full artisan level.

• We are very proud of our Safety Record of ZERO Serious Injuries and ZERO Fatalities during our

25 years in operation.

TRAINING - FLEXI PROJECTS is a MERSETA Registered artisan training service provider.

Our LEARNERSHIP PROGRAM currently accommodates learners pursuing the trade test certificates in the ff. trades: Welders, Boilers Makers, Pipe Fitters.

- Additionally, our world class workshop facility can allow for the assessment of the ability of Welders to:

- Use and apply mechanical and welding technology, techniques, processes and skills, as applied in the fabrication and welding industry, using appropriate tools and measuring equipment. - Use and apply a variety of fillet welding, oxy-fuel cutting and oxy-fuel joining processes. - Demonstrate knowledge of the welding industry and its productivity requirements, by applying appropriate work-procedures. - Communicate effectively in order to achieve personal, business and organizational objectives. (Reading and interpreting work instructions, documents and drawings;

- Basic welding practice and theoretical knowledge in weld preparation, cutting and brazing. - Welding Safety and applicable work-site practice. - Effective communication techniques within the workplace. - Numeracy skills applicable to the welding environment. - Deal with HIV-aids.
