and marketing plans* Project Developer must comply with the required

reporting procedures outlined in its Memorandum of Understanding with Iconic Caribbean

* Immigration Attorney may also be the attorney doing the business plan or SEC documentation

* The Immigration Attorney needs to have experience in the EB-5 program
