A310 Series Heavy Load Closed Loop Vector Inverter
A310/F Series inverter is high-end product for participating in global
competition which adopts original module design of software and
hardware platform. It is built-in DC Reactor that can extend kinds of
periphery extension modules. By making combination of various
system micro and application micro in software, it will simplify
inverter system project design, and improve automation control level
and efficiency of transmission system.
Features
Closed-loop current vector, open-loop current vector, torque control, V/F control, and V/F separation control can be adaptive to AC
asynchronous motor or permanent magnet synchronous motor.
Loading capacity 120% for long term, 160% for 60s; 200% for 1s.
Super strong start torque, maximum 75us current closed-loop control cycle, and zero-speed 220% start torque.
Under high frequency operation mode, it will output 3000.0Hz as max.
A single unit can be simultaneously connected with 2-3 Bus communication modules(MODBUS/Profibus-DP/CANopen…).

V350 series inverter is designed based on new software and
hardware platform for better satisfaction of marketing applications as
machine tool, winding machine, multipoint drive machine, printing,

C320 Series sensorless vector control Inverter is independently
developed by SUNFAR which adopt most worldwide advanced
current vector control algorithm to decompose current of motor
stators, hence achieving separate control of torque current and
exciting current. It is applicable to multiple high standard drive
applications with high、medium and low power ranges.
Sensorless current vector control. (V/F control mode available)
Ascendant start torque characteristics, enabling high torque above 150% under 1HZ; and excellent control precision, enabling frequency
resolution as high as 0.01HZ.

Ts2600 series drive system is the integration solution system with
high-performance especially designed for air compressor
industry, integrating all normal requirements of peripheral
auxiliaries in air compressor industry without adding other
electrical elements and wirings.
TS2600 employs high-performance closed-loop vector inverter
unit as control system of screw master motor, equipped with
variable-frequency air compressor control adapter card (standard
asynchronous motor adapter card), and with variable-frequency
screw air compressor control panel, featuring advantages of easy
installation and debugging, high integration, high system
reliability and better cost-performance etc. It represents leading
level in air compressor industry.
Optimized PID design, ensuring of stable running and avoiding
frequent loading and unloading regulation at maximum.
Real-time monitoring overload of air compressor, and display of
overload pre-alarm info.
Automatic sleeping function is favorable for energy saving and
reducing equipment abrasion.
Able to detect various jam signals, including air filter and oil
filter etc.; timely alarming on LCD display, and clearing alarm
info. via reset button.
Multi-point temperature detection with oil temperature detection
channel, and one PT100 temperature detection channel, which
can be used for detecting of motor inner temperature too.
Providing 1-channel independent 485 interface which can be
used for remote monitor and control, or for networking of
several air compressors. It can revise inverter related
parameters on LCD display screen (high integration).
Real-time clock function displays current time and records fault
time convenience for maintenance and inquiry.
Having phase sequence detection function and oil cooling fan
current detection function that will show working current of
master motor with protection functions of motor overload and
over-current.

Designed with advanced concept, DBKU series features
outstanding control performance and extraordinary reliability,
and can rapidly converse renewable power produced during
deceleration process to resistances in the form of heat energy
with brake resistances, so as to achieve outstanding brake effect
and make safer and more stable running.
Brake voltage available and brake starting voltage can be
conveniently set to be 680V or 720V by external terminals.
Reliable multiple protection; brake unit providing over-current,
short-circuit and overheat protection that is able to prevent
malfunctions rapidly and effectively.
Multiple master-slave control, with master-slave control function,
allowing for use of 4 brake units in parallel at maximum.
