Pastor’s Message “Christ the King”

The annals of history open before us accounts of scores of people who have died for their kings. For Christians, we have a different story to share. We serve a king who died for his people. From the glorious kingdom the Son of God, the King of kings, humbled himself to raise the whole humanity as children of God. And he suffered the cruelest of deaths to give his subjects unending life of happiness and get the humanity reconciled to the heavenly Father. Do we really honour our king as we should? Christ is the King of the whole universe, at the same time he serves the whole creation. If Jesus, the King of kings, serves others, how much more should we, his servants, serve the humanity and the world! God bless you. Fr. Lukose, CMF
