Aberdeenshire Wellbeing FestivalAberdeenshire Wellbeing Festival supports Mental Health Awareness week.
The festival promotes and celebrates everyday community opportunities which contribute to our wellbeing. Most people recognise that a healthy diet and exercise are good for our physical and mental wellbeing but strong social and community networks are equally important.
The Aberdeenshire Wellbeing Festival is an opportunity to raise awareness of how individuals, groups and communities can promote mental wellbeing, reduce stigma and enhance positive relationships.
Aberdeenshire Wellbeing Festival is a partnership project between Aberdeenshire Health and Social Care Partnership other public services, 3rd sector and community organisation and private providers.
