• Touristic Engines is a company that develops innovative software for travel & tourism.

• Through Cybercontour Database the company has developed an app for the user to receive information about activities and offers/budgets for his/her visit to Cala-Resort – all tailor-made to fit the end-user profile.

• After this initial value proposal, the end-user can customize her/his experience, adding/deleting activities.

Universal OTA

• All Hotels of Cala-Resort have visibility in other Web intermediaries.

• CyberConTour provides connectivity with main OTAs – so Hotels can share their information.

• Hotels just provide information, not reservation; reservation/transactions are coordinated by Cybercontour.

Town Hall of Cala-Resort

• The Town Hall of Cala-Resort has always be keen to invest in technology for the development of the destination.

• Thanks to CyberConTour it has been able to create a single space to commercialize all tourist resources with public investment.

• The Town Hall provides hardware and staff for the maintenance of CyberConTour.

• The Town Hall is planning to set an yearly or mothly fee for the usage of the system by Hotels. Now it's free.


Vision 6 Certification Entity


Bay Audit

• This company has been subcontracted for the management of invoices issued by CyberConTour.

• Each Hotel has a contract with Bay Audit that allows this company to invoice the services.

• This company does not have any income or pays for the system. It only certifies that's working correctly.

• Its main tasks are: • To issue invoices among Hotels.

• Conflict management.

• To block affiliates.

• Quality checking.

• This certification authority receives a % of transactions managed.


Invoicing Methods

• All players (Paddle-Surf Academy, Hotel Augusta, Foundation,..) have signed a contract with the Promoter (Town Hall) to allow the Certification Entity to • Issue invoices

• Recceive invoices

• To certify reservations and servicing

• Once a reservation is done, a subject to credit is created for the value of the transaction.

• When delivered, customer signs the servicing.

• This sets the flux of invoices among Seller – Provider – Collector.
