Join us at the 2018 Farnborough International Airshow (FIA), the world’s leading biennial event for the aviation, aerospace and related industries. In 2016, the event featured more than 1,500 exhibitors and attracted more than 70,000 industry professionals from Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, Asia and Africa. Industry professionals announced US$124 billion worth of orders at FIA 2016.

ONTARIO PAVILIONThe Ministry of International Trade (MIT), in partnership with the Ontario Aerospace Council (OAC), is organizing the Ontario presence at FIA 2018. The Ontario pavilion will be located within the Canada area. Participation is limited to Ontario export-ready companies. Exhibitors in the Ontario pavilion will have the choice to participate under one of the following two plans:

PROGRAM ORGANIZERS:

ADDITIONAL BADGES: For an additional $200 preferred rate per pass, you can add up to two (2) exhibitor passes to your Ontario Package.

OTHER INFORMATION s Participants are limited to one kiosk or shared demo area per company.

s Companies will be accepted in the Ontario pavilion upon receipt of the Application Form and cheque or online payment in the full amount of the participation fee.

s Exhibitors will have the option to select their exhibit kiosk location within the pavilion based in the order of receipt of the completed application and payment.

s Eligible companies are encouraged to apply for the Export Market Access grant (managed by the Ontario Chamber of Commerce on behalf of the Ontario government), which could cover up to 50% of the eligible costs for participating in the show.

HOTELA block of rooms has been reserved at the Hilton London Kensington, located just 5 minutes’ walk from Shepherds Bush station. Take a short tube ride or bus ride to Oxford Circus, Piccadilly Circus, Hyde Park and Kensington, among many other key London tourist spots.

s The block of rooms has been set aside from July 13-21. s The special room rate of £139 includes room, tax, air conditioning and breakfast.

s The special room rate will be available until the 14th of June 2018 or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first.

s If you require additional days before or after these dates, you will need to contact the hotel directly (+44-207-603-3355) and provide the Group Code AERO MONTREAL so that you will still get the special pricing for any stay between July 13-21.
