Connections needed an edge in the market and a focus

their team. They asked us for a new brand centred on
a big idea. Our solution tapped straight into the values
and ambition of three core audiences. ‘Ambitions
matched’ has instant appeal for clients, candidates and
employees alike; meanwhile the contemporary visual
identity is alive with connections.
Integrated across all company communications, the
new identity focuses the business strategy around a
vibrant
brand strategy: Connections_reinvented.

Recognising that candidates would need to view
vacancies on personal (and private) devices, we
designed a responsive website offering full
functionality across desktop, tablet and mobile. We
also developed an application programming interface
(API) to handle the exchange of information between
information systems and the new website. This link
ensured that vacancies were published instantly.
A new MyConnections area was introduced, speeding
up the application process by allowing candidates to
save and quickly submit up to date information and
CVs. Job wishlists and application history were the
finishing touches for an easily manageable application
process.
