警告

▼ 本キットを使用する場合は、インバータ盤内に収納する

盤内に収納しないと、感電の原因となります。

▼ 取り付け、取り外しする前に次の作業をすること

① インバータの入力電源を遮断(OFF、切)する。

② 15 分以上経過してからチャージランプ(インバータ本体及びオプションユニット内)が消灯して

いることを確認する。

③ 直流高電圧(DC800V 以上)が測定可能なテスタ等を使用してインバータの直流主回路電圧

(PA-PC 間)が 45Ｖ以下であることを確認する。

これらの作業をせずに取り付け、取り外しすると、感電の原因となります。

▼ ネジは推奨締付けトルクで締める

締め付けトルクが十分でないと、火災の原因となります。

▼ 振動の大きいところに取り付けない

1.ご購入品の確認

このたびは、当社産業用インバータ オプション“VF-AS3J/VF-AS3/VF-AS1/VF-PS1 用

直流リアクトル接続端子外出しキット（BAR101Z-BAR106Z）”をお買い上げいただきまして

ありがとうございます。

直流リアクトル接続端子外出しキットは、インバータ側面に直流端子台(PA,PO)を配置するため

のオプションです。盤上部のスペースが確保できず、上部取付け形の専用リアクトル(DCL1-＊＊

＊＊)を取付できない場合に使用します。

なお、フィン外出しオプションとの併用はできません。

また、本キットを使用すると CE マーキング、UL、CSA 規格への適合ができません。

2.取付方法 ① インバータの正面カバーと上部カバーを外し、キット本体をインバータの上部から挿入してください。

(上部カバーが無い場合は、上部カバーの取り外しは不要です。) ② インバータ内上部にある P0, PA/+端子を M12 ネジで締めてください。(推奨締付トルク：41N・m)

次に、本体側面の取付穴に付属のネジを挿入し、締めてください。

4.保証

■無償保証期間

製品の無償保証期間は、製品ご購入後 12 ヶ月または製造から 18 ヶ月のいずれか早く到達する期間

となります。

また、当社サービス部門での修理品の保証期間は、修理前の無償保証期間を超えることはありません。

■無償保証の範囲

保証期間中に、当社側の責任により故障が発生した場合、お買い上げの販売店またはインバータ本体

付属取扱説明書に記載のサービス窓口を通じて、製品をご返却いただき、故障部分の交換または修理

を無償で実施させていただきます。

保証はご購入品および納入品単体に限ります。

保証期間内であっても、次のような場合は有償修理となります。

・製品をご返却いただけない場合の交換、修理

・ご使用上の誤り、および不当な修理や改造による故障および損傷

・お買い上げ後の落下、運送上の事故、および 運送上の取扱い(薫蒸処理等)による故障および損傷

・火災、塩害、ガス害、地震、風水害、落雷、電圧異常およびその他の天変地異、不可抗力による外

部要因を原因とする故障および損傷

・カタログ、取扱説明書などに記載されている以外の不適当な条件、環境、取扱い、製品本来の使用

方法以外にて使用した場合の故障および損傷

・取扱説明書などに記載されている寿命部品などが正しく保守、交換されていなかったことによる故

障および損傷

・当社製品がお客様の機器に組み込まれて使用された場合、お客様の機器またはソフトウェア設計な

ど、当社製品以外の原因による故障および損傷

・当社製品がお客様の機器に組み込まれて使用された場合、お客様の機器が受けている法的規制によ

る安全装置または、業界通念上備えられているべきと判断される機能・構造などを備えていれば回

避できたと考えられる故障

・出荷時点の技術水準では予測できなかった事象に起因する故障および損傷

■保証の除外

保証期間の内外を問わず、以下の内容については当社保証範囲外とさせていただきます。

・当社の責に帰すことができない事由から生じた損害の補償

・当社製品の故障に起因するお客様の機会損失、逸失利益の補償

・当社の予見可能性の有無を問わず特別の事情から生じた損害、二次損害、事故補償、当社製品以外

への損傷およびその他の業務に対する一切の責任、補償

・お客様による交換作業および交換後の現地機器の再調整、立ち上げ試運転、立会業務およびその他

の業務に対する一切の補償

■生産中止後の修理期間

製品の生産中止情報および製品修理（有償）については、お買い上げの販売店または当社サービス窓

cause an accident.

▼ Never remove the kit when the power is on.

The unit contains high voltage parts and contact with them will result in electric shock.

This will cause a short circuit and result in electric shock or fire.

▼ Immediately turn the power off if the kit begins to emit smoke, an unusual odor, or unusual sounds.

Continuous use of the kit in such a state will cause fire. If the inverter is left to be turned on in that state, it

can cause fire. Please call your Toshiba distributor for repairs.

Transportation and Installation

▼ This inverter with this kit must be installed in a cabinet.

If the inverter with the kit is not installed in a cabinet, it will result in electric shock. ▼ Be sure to perform the following preparatory work before installation and installation out.

Turn the power off inverter. Wait 15 minutes or more after turning the power off and confirm that the charge lamp (on the inverter) is

extinct. Using a circuit tester that has a D.C. voltage measuring capacity of more than 800V, check to see that the

voltage remaining in the D.C. main circuit (between PC and PA) is below 45V. Failure to do this preparation will lead to electric shocks.

▼ Tighten the screws to specified torque.

If the screws are not tightened sufficiently to the specified torque, it will result in fire.

▼ When transporting or carrying the option, do not hold it by the power circuit terminal cover.

The cover will come off and the unit will drop, resulting in injury.

1.Construction parts

Thank you for purchasing a “DC reactor connection terminal outside kit” for the inverter “TOSVERTTM

VF-AS1/VF-PS1.

This kit is for install DC terminal (PA, PO) to the side of inverter.

If there is not enough space in upper side of cabinet and cannot install DC reactor (DCL1-****), this kit is used.

This kit cannot be used with heat sink outside mounting kit (FOT***Z).

If this kit is used, the inverter never complies with CE marking, UL, and CSA standards.

2.Mounting procedure ① Remove the front cover and top cover of the inverter. (If there is no top cover, the step is not necessary.)

Insert the kit from the top of inverter. ② Tighten the P0, PA/+ terminal at the inverter top with M12 screws. (Tightening torque : 41N・m / 360 lb.in)

Insert accessory screws from side of the kit in mounting hole and tighten the screws.

4.Warranty ■Warranty period

This product’s warranty period is 12 months after the purchase, or 18 months from the manufacture,

whichever precedes the other.

The warranty period of repaired products will not exceed the warranty period before the repair takes place.

■Scope of warranty

If a product failure is found during the warranty period due to our negligence, please return the product to

Toshiba distributor of purchase, for a replacement or repair of the defective component.

The warranty shall only cover the purchased or delivered product itself.

The following circumstances will incur paid service even before the warranty period expires.

- Product replacement or repair when the product is not returned.

- Product failure or damage due to misuse, inappropriate repair or modification of the product.

- Product failure or damage for reasons such as but not limited to a fall after purchase, an accident during

transport, or handling (e.g. smoking) during transport.

- Product failure or damage by natural disasters or unforeseeable external causes such as but not limited to

fire, salt exposure, gas exposure, earthquakes, storms, floods, lightning and abnormal voltage.

- Product failure or damage by use under inappropriate circumstances, environments or use not suggested in

the product catalog or instruction manual, or use not complying with the original use intended for the product.

- Product failure or damage by the lack of proper maintenance or replacement of expiring parts suggested in

the instruction manual.

- In case the product is embedded in your equipment, product failure or damage by causes irrelevant to the

product, such as the design of your equipment and software.

- In case the product is embedded in your equipment, product failure that will have been avoided if your

equipment had featured a safety device in compliance with the law that governs your equipment, or any

feature or structure that is considered the norm by the industry standard.

- Any product failure or damage by accidents that were unforeseeable with the technological standard at

shipment.

■Warranty exemptions

Irrespective of the warranty period, the warranty shall not cover the following conditions.

- Compensation for any damage not attributed to our negligence.

- Compensation for any loss of business opportunity or income caused by failure of the product.

- All liabilities and compensations for any damage, secondary damage, accidents, damage to any entity that is

not the product and damage to any other operations that arise from special circumstances, that we will or will

not foresee.

- Any compensations for the results of your product replacement, readjustment of the local equipment after

replacement, launch test, inspections, or any other operations.

■Service after the stop production

Please ask Toshiba distributor of purchase about the stop of production and repair work for each product.
