EXPLAINATION OF SYMBOL:
Of all the culinary recipes, our connoisseurs appreciate the soups the most. There are
several kinds of soup recipes consecrated in our country, without which the Romanian cuisine
would be inconceivable: stomach soup, cow's soup, soup of perch.
It is not a housewife who has not even tried to make the famous soup of pearls. And
although recipes vary from one area to another, even from one restaurant to another, the taste
remains unmistakable.
How to make?
Ingrediendts;
• 600g of minced meat (chicken, turkey, beef, pig)

• 6 tablespoons of rice
•2 eggs
• 2 carrots
• 1 pepper
