Ingrediendts; • 600g of minced meat (chicken, turkey, beef, pig) • 2 onions • 6 tablespoons of rice •2 eggs • 2 carrots • 1 pepper • 1 thread of lollipop • 1 small celery 1 roots of parsley • 200 grams of sour cream with at least 20% fat

EXPLAINATION OF SYMBOL:

Of all the culinary recipes, our connoisseurs appreciate the soups the most. There are

several kinds of soup recipes consecrated in our country, without which the Romanian cuisine

would be inconceivable: stomach soup, cow's soup, soup of perch.

It is not a housewife who has not even tried to make the famous soup of pearls. And

although recipes vary from one area to another, even from one restaurant to another, the taste

remains unmistakable.

How to make?

Ingrediendts;

• 600g of minced meat (chicken, turkey, beef, pig)

• 2 onions

• 6 tablespoons of rice

•2 eggs

• 2 carrots

• 1 pepper

• 1 thread of lollipop

• 1 small celery

1 roots of parsley

• 200 grams of sour cream with at least 20% fat

• green: parsley, green dill, lees (all or the most preferred ones)

•salt pepper

• To taste: cabbage

• 200 grams of bell pepper and red pepper

Making:1. Carrots, pepper, pastry, celery, parsley, and 1 onion are cleaned, washed thoroughly and cut into appropriate cubes. Add to the pot over boiling water.

2. Stuffed meat, 2 tablespoons of rice, 2 eggs, a very finely chopped onion, salt and pepper.3. From this composition, the pearls form the round shape and sit on a plate.

4. When the water and vegetables start to boil, add the remaining 3 tablespoons remaining rice, well washed, then the perch and match the taste of the earth with salt. Allow to boil for about 20 minutes, then put the capsicum and red pepperoni in the soup. Add cabbage juice to taste.6. Boil for 2-3 minutes, then stop the fire and add the chopped green, leestean).7. Serve with sour cream and pepper.                       GOOD APPETITE !
