Our evening activities

In the evenings we had free time. Some spent their free time at home; some did something together with other Comenius partners. On Thursday evening some Spanish students and one Belgian guest went out with their hosts to eat something at the “Hauptwache” (Old Guardroom). It was a funny evening with lots of jokes, stories and tasty food.

Friday, after the ten-pin-bowling, some went to watch amateur football at the local sports field. It was an aggressive, but boring game, so we borrowed a ball and played by ourselves a bit. After the game (Rendsburg lost it 1:2) we were hungry and ate some “very German” food – döner kebab!

I heard from other students, that they visited the cinema or went shopping and I never heard a claim from someone so I guess that all guests and their partners had a really great (free) time.

But wait, we just talked about the students, what did the teachers do in their free time? – The answer is quite simple - the same as the students! They met for dinner, talked and had fun together.
