Completed many sponsored and collaborative quality researches on the issues of social development, migration and migrant labour issues, employment and industry particularly in automobile and electronics sectors. Written many case studies out of sponsored researches. So far supervised numerous Ph. D. and Master's theses in India and in Ethiopia.

Conducted many training workshops and trade union development programme on leadership, negotiation skills, industrial relations, labour and employment laws for state level as well as national level trade unions leaders, labour officials at different cities in India.

1. Associated as a volunteer/ activist in a youth organization namely ‘Chhatra Yuva Sangharsh Vahini’, founded

by J.P. in 1975. From 1976 to 1984 I was volunteer/ activist and forming and organizing youth organization

for social changes was my main activities. I was also responsible to organize various youth training and

orientation camps for social changes.
