JET DYEING MACHINEJet Dyeing Machines / HTHP Jet Dyeing Machines are available from 60 kgs to 400 kgs capacity. With full

basket or half basket options. HTHP Jet Dyeing Machines pressure vessel and major wet parts made of

stainless steel AISI 316 / 316 L highly corrosion resistance material. Pump & motor of HTHP Jet Dyeing

Machines are controlled by AC Inverter drive system for maximum efficiency and less energy consumption.

• One stainless steel filtering device placed in such a way for easy cleaning.

• Separate tank in between is provided for pre- heating of water, which saves time and energy.

• For preparing chemical, color kitchen tank is provided made out of stainless steel 316, with required

valves for auto dozing.

• Electrical control panel with microprocessor to operate the machine is provided with pneumatic control

circuits.

Caustic Soda Fabric Mercerizing machine / Weight reduction

is more than a simple process for improving drape, soft hand

and achieving a silk like depth of luster. Weight reduction

treatment by extracting polyester form the surface of the

fiber to form micro cavities causes a reduction of fabric

weight.

The purpose of our Weight reduction machine is to add

quality and value to polyester fabrics. To achieve comfort, soft

hand, drape, transpiration, soil-release effect, electrostatic

conductivity, moisture absorbency. elimination of synthetic

fiber-gloss complete uniformity and repeatability with auto

system. Simplicity of operation full control of the parameters

which influence the process.

machine adhesive is applied on the Foil by

means of Engraved design roll. By Thermal

pressure the foil gets transferred on the fabric.

HYRAULIC GOODS LIFT

In Holed Hydraulic Goods lift systems, a car is connected to the top of a

piston that moves up and down in a cylinder. Movement is controlled

by a hydraulic valve. As fluid is pumped into the cylinder, the car rises;

DEW DROP COATING MACHINES

Our new Dew Drop coating machine is a newly developed and

more advanced machine than old type dew-drop machine. You can

do coating of various design on fabric with many different materials

like PVC powder or metallic glitter powder.

The dew drop machine prints dew drop effect on fabrics. Dew drop

is a ready to use resin paste which can be used for printing on any

kind of textile and get transparent dews.

The appearance is milky white and later on various colored foil can

be transferred to give it specific colors.
