Atop of our site you’ll notice the menu bar (as seen below). It’s prettyuser-friendly.

If you’re visiting our site for the monthly road closures and parkingrestrictions, check out our OSE Blogs tab. There you’ll find the monthlyroad closure schedule, event-related press releases, and any otherrelevant event-related news.

The Applications tab is where you’ll find a plethora of departmentalapplications. Hover over the applications for a brief description to helpyou ensure that you are completing the proper paperwork.

If you’re still unsure on which application tosubmit, visit our FAQ section. Double clickthe FAQs tab for general frequently askedquestions our office receives. These photos represent a few of the biggest events

in Philly in October. Above is a photo from the PHL

Unity Cup matches. The championship will take

place at Citizens Bank Park on Saturday, Nov. 5th.

To the left is a scene from the South Street’s

Blocktoberfest, a street festival take on the popular

Oktoberfest celebration. Below that is hip-hip

artist Common, who performed at this year’s

Neighbor 2 Neighbor Festival. Lastly, October is

Mural Arts Month. We celebrated by attending

many of the mural dedications that took place

throughout the city including the one pictured

located at Broad and Tasker Sts.

October is always a fun month for our office.

Typically, it is the last month for Fall festivals, and

boy did we get a lot! From Old City Festival to

Blocktober Fest and even to the Wizarding World

of Harry Potter at the Chestnut Hill Harry Potter

Festival--all of the Philly neighborhoods took on fall

events in their own unique way. Annual races such

as Light the Night Walk and AIDS Walk Philly took

place along the Parkway and

MLK Drive, in hopes of, once

again, raising record funds

for their respective causes!
