Location Overview

Standard 200 Amp service with 400 Amp service available (at additional cost).

5. Plumbing: One (1) bathroom meeting all codes and ADA requirements. Bathroom to include one (1) sink and one (1) toilet. Building standard finishes to be used.

6. Sprinkler system installed in Premises. Tenant shall be responsible for any reconfiguration needed due to Tenant’s layout to meet local code.
