Objectives
Upon completion of this lesson, you will be able to:
• Identify the SBA benefits for your network.
• Describe the SBA architecture.
• Describe briefly the SDM architecture.
• Describe the three following SBA modes:
Normal mode
Backup mode
Recovery mode
• Identify SBA file names in accordance with DIRP file format and naming convention.
• Configure the SBA by using the Nortel standard datafill.
• Identify and use the SBA interfaces by using the DMS and the SDM.
• Use the Helmsman NTP browser.
• Briefly explain the SBA logs format.
