Ubidy – Avature Integration (example integration only)
Avature is an open integration platform that isvendor neutral. They encourage their clients to bringany additional or existing vendors they want intothe platform, where appropriate. Since Avature’s platform functionality is not directly competitive withUbidy, we can request to integrate with their client’ssolution as an additional acquisition channel.
The majority of Ubidy’s functional value occurs before Avature’s in the candidate supply chain, where wefocus on sourcing, prequalifying and commerciallyengaging the most qualified and compliantrecruitment agencies.
The only functional phase Ubidy will need to integrate with Avature is our Fulfillment module,where candidates supplied by recruitment agenciessourced through Ubidy would be passed to theclient’s Avature’s pipeline, where the client couldutilize the interview scheduling, screening assessment, approvals and offer management. Notification ofcandidates hired or rejected would then be passed back to Ubidy to complete the fulfillment loop andinitiate payment to supplying agencies. Thereafter candidates would move into the client’s onboarding, on Avature (if utilized).
Ubidy can leverage Avature’s REST Application Programming Interface (API) to make the handoff automatic and seamless.
