SB RESOLUTION NO. 002-2015DECLARING AS VALID AND OPERATIVE IN THEIR ENTIRETY THE HEREUNDER BARANGAY SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGETS AND SK TF ANNUAL AND SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGETS FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2014.

WHEREAS,submitted to the Sangguniang Bayan of Guinobatan, Albay for approval on review pursuant to Section 333 of Republic Act No. 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991, are the following Barangay Supplemental Budgets and SKTF Annual and Supplemental Budgets, to wit:

WHEREAS,after thorough review and deliberation, the same were found to be in order since said ordinances embodying the respective budgets were passed in accordance with the prescribed powers vested upon the concerned Sanggunian, hence, recommended for their approval;

WHEREFORE,in view of the foregoing premises, be it now:

RESOLVED,as it is hereby resolved by the Sangguniang Bayan of Guinobatan, Albay in session assembled, to declare as it hereby declares as valid and operative in their entirety for CY 2014 the above-enumerated Barangay and SKTF Budgets.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the Barangay Councils concerned are hereby informed that this review action does not authorize any item of appropriation that is specifically prohibited by or inconsistent with the provision of law.

RESOLVED FINALLY, that a copy of this resolution be furnished the concerned Barangay Councils, through their respective Punong Barangays, the Municipal Budget Officer, Municipal Accountant and other concerned offices, for their information and guidance.

APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY this 5th day of January, 2015 on motion of the sponsoring Committee Chairman, Hon. Councilor Ricky S. Matza, and unanimously seconded by the body.
