GRS STOCKSSAFARI

In February 2014 we started off ering our GRS Safari stocks. Rifl es from 375H&H and up needs

a strong and functi onal platf orm. Our stock are designed for shooti ng with open sight or

low mounted rifl escopes - and specifi cally with dangerous game hunti ng in mind. We shoot

rifl es in 375H&H, 458Winmag, 470 and 500 Nitro Express- so we know what recoil demands from stocks. The stocks is made from laminated

wood, with a 1” Limbsaver recoil pad which dampens the recoil very well. Flush cup

slingmonts and quick detachable 3/4” sling loop is delivered with the stock as standard.

We have planned to manufacture composite stocks for a long ti me, but we have not had the ti me and recourses to do so unti l now. We feel Berserk stocks will be a perfect additi on to our

existi ng product line. The reason we want to de-liver these stocks is that we know the end users

have asked GRS about syntheti c stocks since we started with the laminate stocks in 2012. A lot of end users would like to have our ergonomic

and adjustable features, but they want them to come in a more tough and durable material than the laminate. This product will also be in a lower price range and It comes in right hand confi gura-

ti on only. Adjusted dimensions in the grip, fore end and length will fi t most People. The rubber grip and fore end surfaces gives you a fi rm grip even in wet conditi ons. The Stock comes with

pillar bedding Blocks made from 65% glass fi ber as standard. Recommended torque is 5nm.

SPECIFICATIONS

• The material is a 15% fi berglass reinforced Durethan.• The composite stock will be made in one size,

black colour and in right hand confi gurati on only.• The grip and forend is 5% slimmer

than the Sporter varmint.• LOP 33,5- 36,5cm. This size and LOP is the ideal

based on the feedback we get from end users.• The surface under the rear stock has been

lengthened so it will work bett er with the use of rear bags during prone shooti ng with bipods.

• The grip and fore end has rubber grip surfaces for bett er fricti on in wet conditi ons. The surface of

the rest of the stock is also with a texture so it is very easy to grip.

• The stocks will have pillar bedding in them as a standard made from 65% glass.

• They come with fl ush cup sling mounts and push butt on sling loops.

• They will have one sling mount on the front stock for mounti ng bipods.

• Weight is 1,4kg in the Tikka T3 inlet.• The height adjustable recoilpad can be mounted

as well (opti onal extra feature!).

Taking the features from the Sporter- Varmint stock, we created a soluti on for the hunter

wanti ng a adjustable rifl stock with more classic lines. The forend is broader than a standard

stock, and gives you very good control of the rifl e when aiming and shooti ng. The grip has a six degree angle to the side to aid the shooter

into an ergonomically correct positi on. The comb and the recoil pad can be easily adjusted

with pushbutt ons - the SpeedLock system. This unique system allows you to quickly adjust the length and height of the stock between shoot-

ing positi ons; no tools needed! At the lowest comb positi on any bolt can be pulled from any

system. Both the comb and recoil pad can be fully removed. All stocks is provided with a 0.5”

Limbsaver/GRS recoil pad.

GRS STOCKSDECIMA HUNTER

This rifl estock is made as a direct answer to our customers who wanted a shorter LOP and

slimmer grip.

The Decima stocks is scaled down 10% and the length of pull is now from 32 to 35cm, the grip and forend is also 10% slimmer on this model.

The stock is made with the same quality components as the other stocks, and has the

same Speedlock adjustments system. It is also made in the 6 colours.

This rifl e stock is tailor made for competi ti on shooti ng. A full and lowered forend gives a good

grip and helps improve the standing shooti ng positi on. The grip has a six degree angle to the

Years of personal civilian and military long range shooti ng experience lies behind the design

of this stock. No compromises! The design is derived from the long range stock, with the

same grip and SpeedLock system. The butt has a surface specially made for shooti ng with a

beanbag, this is the absolute best way to shoot accurate on extended ranges. The forend is 50

mm longer than a sporter/varmint style stock and has a fl at bott om for supporti ng against

bags or rests. The longer forend also provides a bett er mounti ng positi on for bipods and aids in

balancing long and heavy barrels. The forend has one quick detachable slingmount and one sling

mount for using a Harris style bipod is provided as standard. The stock is predrilled for the VersaPod spigot (installati on required) The

butt stock also has a QD slingmount.
