ABSTRACT

Transformative developments in information technologies have been impacting

upon holistic education organi)ations. A well-planned and organi)ed school management

system is re3uired in order to improve management of the school operations. This paper

aims to develop student registration 4e-'egister5 module and fee payment 4e-$ill5 module

for chool 6anagement ystem 465 of e!olah 'endah Agama e!syen (. 7ifficulty

in managing school information due to paper-based documentation, longer time ta!en for

preparing documents and no computeri)e system that specifically design for sorting and

analysing of data are the reasons that driven for change over to web-based based schoolmanagement system which supports analysis of data and automated documents. This

system is designed for four types of user which are administrator, teacher, school officer

and parent. 7evelopment of this system is conducted according to Agile 6ethod using

&H& language on 899 framewor!, Apache web server and 6y:; database. The benefits

gain from developing this system are data are stored in systematic way and trac!ing

student that had not fully paid the academic fees will become much easier. Hopefully,

this system can provide the school with better management and decision ma!ing.
