    Spesifikasi SKEA, mencakup :1. Tipe atau model turbin angin;

    2. Daya nominal (rated power) dalam kW atau MW;3. Rotor: posisi, diameter, arah putaran, jumlah sudu, profil airfoil sudu, rasio

    kecepatan ujung, bahan sudu, kecepatan rotor, aktuasi pitch, kontrol sudu, sudut

    angkat (tilt angel);

    4. Roda gigi: tipe, jenis dan rasio perbandingan kecepatan (rasio tranmisi);

    5. Generator : tipe, daya, sistem listrik, tegangan, fasa dan frekuensi;6. Nasel : berat dan kontruksi;

    7. Menara : tipe ( konikal, tubular atau berangka), konstruksi, tinggi;

    8. Pondasi: tipe dan volume;

    9. Kecepatan operasional : Cutin, nominal (rated), cut-out, survival;
