TERMS AND CONDITIONS GENERALPromotion Period

1. The LG Super Deal promotion (“Promotion”) shall run from 1st March 2017 to 31st March 2017 (“Promotion Period”).

2. Gift redemption is only for purchases of participating models made from 1st March 2017 and ends on 31st March 2017.

Eligibility

3. This campaign is opened to all persons residing in Malaysia who are 18 years and above as of 1st March 2017.

4. Employees of LGE and their immediate family members, agents and dealers are not allowed to participate in this campaign.

5. By participating in this promotion, participants grant LG Electronics (M) Sdn Bhd (“LGE”) access to their personal data. IMPORTANT: Other terms and conditions apply. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions for any reason, please do not participate in the Promotional Activity and do not submit an entry.

6. Participating retailers: LGE authorized distributors, dealers and retailers in East and West Malaysia only.

7. Participants who purchase a new (i.e. not second hand or refurbished) LG TV (Participating models: 65UH770T/55UH770Tor 86UH955T/OLED55B6T (“Promotion Product”)), between 1st March 2017 to 31st March 2017 shall be eligible to claim participating gifts by redemption.

Redemption

8. After purchase of the Promotion Product during the Promotion Period, participants should complete the redemption form and submit it together with proof of purchase.

9. All eligible entries must reach Suite #122, DCR MARKETING SDN BHD, No. 54, Jalan SS21/58, Damansara Utama, 47400 Petaling Jaya, Selangor before 14th April 2017. All entries received after 14th April 2017 shall be considered null and void.

10. Participants shall be sent an SMS to confirm that their redemption form has been received by LGE appointed agency and that it has been successful and validated.

11. If an acknowledgement has not been received, it is the Participants responsibility to contact LGE at 03-7962 7667 within fourteen (14) days of a redemption being submitted.

12. If a redemption is deemed to have not been submitted correctly, the Participant shall be notified via email/Whatsapp/SMS and offered the opportunity to provide the required information within seven (7) days. If no response is received, one further email/Whatsapp/SMS shall be sent requesting the required items. If no response is received within seven (7) days of the second email/Whatsapp/SMS, then the redemption shall be marked as invalid and the Participant shall no longer be eligible to receive the participating gift(s).

13. Redemption is based on a first-come, first-serve basis and while stocks last.

14. Delivery of the redemption item shall be made within 1 month from date of receipt of the redemption form that has been submitted by the Participant. Delivery will occur by way of courier and LGE does not accept any responsibility for late / non arrivals.

15. All redemption forms shall only be deemed eligible when the participant’s details in the form are complete. Participants must ensure that the details provided in the form are true, accurate, current and complete with the original purchase receipt attached.

16. Proof of mailing, faxing or delivering (in any manner) of the redemption forms to LGE does not represent proof that LGE has received such items.

17. Forms that are incomplete or damaged shall be deemed invalid. LGE accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed or damaged data which occurs during any communication or transmission of claims.

18. LGE reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify redemptions which it considers as not complying with these terms and conditions.

19. LGE shall have the right, where necessary, to take all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid redemption including, without limitation, to require further verification as to proof of purchase, as well as the identity, age, and other relevant details of a participant.

20. If a participant returns the Promotion Product after submitting a redemption, the redemption shall be invalid and the participant must immediately call: 03-7962 7667 to cancel the claim. LGE reserves the right to check whether a Promotion Product has been returned and, by submitting a redemption claim, the participant provides consent to LGE to do so. LGE reserves the right to report suspicious activity or claims to the authorities.

21. Delivery of the eligible gifts shall be sent to the (Malaysia only) postal address provided.

22. The eligible gift(s) shall be sent to the qualifying participant’s address specified in the form. LGE accepts no responsibility for any inaccurate name or postal address information provided by the qualifying participant which results in the eligible gift(s) not being received in accordance with these terms and conditions. The eligible gift(s) shall not be replaced in the event that it is lost, damaged or stolen after it has been posted out by LGE.

23. LGE reserves the right to exchange any gift with other gift(s) or product(s) of similar value without prior notice.

24. The gift for redemption cannot be exchanged for cash or any other LGE products.

25. Photocopies of the redemption form are allowed.

In the case of any dispute, LGE’s decision is final and no further correspondence or appeal shall be entertained.
