Draw clear construction lines to aid in your cutting

Practice on your plaster cube first

Use SLOW cuts withgentle pressure.

Let the blade do the work

Cut right through the horseshoe

then extend the cut 3mm into the

model base

You now have a removable ‘die’

The die requires trimming to remove

the square edges and to permit easy

removal

TRIM VERY CAREFULLY.

DON’T TRIM OVER THE PREPARATION

MARGIN.
