real suspicious guy. Ah, it’s Retreat View Circle. Um the

looks like he’s up to no good or he’s on drugs or

something. It’s raining and he’s just walking around looking

about.

OPERATOR Okay, and is this guy White, Black or Hispanic?

ZIMMERMAN :28 He looks Black.

OPERATOR Did you see what he was wearing?

ZIMMERMAN :32 Yeah. A dark hoodie like a gray hoodie and either jeans or

sweat pants and white tennis shoes. He’s here now. He was just

staring.

OPERATOR Oh, he’s just walking around the area . . . (interrupted by

Zimmerman)

ZIMMERMAN :45 Looking at all the houses.

ZIMMERMAN Now he’s just staring at me.

NEWSOME’S COMMENTS: 1) Zimmerman it appears is playing to the 911 Operator and continuing to “SET THE STAGE” by stating alleged suspect/Trayvon Martin is “Looking at ALL the houses” – i.e. again to IMPLY that Martin is casing the neighborhood for purposes of committing crimes.

2) Again, Zimmerman appears to be “SETTING THE STAGE” for PREMEDITATION for Murder and a CONFRONTATION with alleged suspect/Trayvon Martin to use his PREMEDITATED “Stand-Your-Ground” Defense by stating, “Now he’s just STARING at me.” . . .”Now he’s coming TOWARDS me” . . . “He’s got his hand in his waistband and he’s a BLACK male” – i.e. attempting to NOW make it appear that suspect/Trayvon Martin may be “PACKING/TOTING/CARRYING a concealed weapon/gun within his pants and approaching him.” DELIBERATELY, attempting to paint a GANGSTER-Style image of alleged suspect/Trayvon Martin and Re-EMPHASIZING race as BLACK!”

3) PREMEDITATION: From the sound effects in the background while Zimmerman is talking, it appears that he may be getting out his gun and preparing to use it!

Firearms analyst AMY SIEWERT from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement - Siewert examined the gun and said Zimmerman had one bullet ready to fire in the chamber as well as a fully loaded magazine when the shooting occurred.

in and make a left. Actually, you would go past the Clubhouse.

NEWSOME’S COMMENTS: 1) Zimmerman (i.e. Criminal Justice MAJOR) it appears is playing to the 911 Operator and continuing to “SET THE STAGE” by stating, “Something’s wrong with him. . .He’s coming to CHECK ME OUT. He’s got SOMETHING in his hand . .” for the PREMEDITATED “Stand-Your-Ground” Defense. (Dahh – Going to a STRANGER’S - i.e. who could be a CHILD MOLESTER/MURDERER [i.e. which the latter appears to be the case – a MURDERER] vehicle to CONFRONT him?)

ALEXIS CARTER, - Carter taught a criminal litigation class that Zimmerman completed, and testified that the class included EXTENSIVE coverage of Florida's self-defense laws.

2) Zimmerman for the cover-up of PREMEDITATED Murder and to play to the “Stand-Your-Ground” Defense that he feared for his life interjects, “can you get an Officer over here?” while preparing to use his gun – i.e. FAILING to advise the Operator that he had a GUN!

3) Zimmerman’s obscenity and statement claiming, “they ALWAYS get away” ESTABLISHES AN ADMISSION OF A PATTERN-OF-PRACTICE WITH HIM (“Crying WOLF”) and PREMEDITATION that alleged suspect/Trayvon Martin WILL NOT get away! The Operator clearly wanted to be advised if suspect/Trayvon Martin did anything else. Zimmerman disappointed the Operator did not seem to be handling the call the way he wanted him to. 4) Zimmerman has a CREDIBILITY issue as well. Under OATH at a hearing on Court on this matter, he states:

I wanted to say that I am sorry for the loss of your son. I did not know how old he was. I thought he was a little

bit younger than I am. . .

Of course testimony that President Barack Obama and his Legal Counsel would love to keep the PUBLIC/WORLD from hearing and/or seeing.

NEWSOME’S COMMENTS: 1) Zimmerman using obscenity claims that suspect/Trayvon Martin is RUNNING! Sounds as though Zimmerman RUSHES to get out of vehicle because one can hear chime and door opening and being SLAMMED shut then wind GUSHING! 1) Zimmerman was asked by the Operator, “Are you following him?” Zimmerman Answering, “Yeah.” Operator advised Zimmerman “we don’t need you to do that.” Nevertheless, Zimmerman after AGREEING, “Okay,” DISOBEYS the Operator’s advice and CONTINUES PURSUIT “ARMED” with a “DEADLY WEAPON - a Gun!”

2) Zimmerman appears to be an UNKNOWN and STRANGER to suspect/Trayvon Martin; therefore, could have been perceived as a “CHILD MOLESTER,” “KIDNAPPER,” or “MURDER,” etc. – i.e. It is known that children are TAUGHT to run away from what they believe is DANGER/STRANGERS! So you have a GROWN man in a neighborhood “SITTING in a VEHICLE” and when a child is approaching he gets out and PURSUES HIM with a GUN . . . with CRIMINAL intent which appears to have resulted in MURDER!

1) Zimmerman is alleged to be the NEIGHBORHOOD Watch person; however, could NOT provide the Operator with the address where he was parked. Apparently, a LIE and clearly FAILURE supports that he WAS NOT at/in his VEHICLE (i.e. but in HOT PURSUIT with a GUN) when giving this information. How difficult would it be to look at the address had he OBEYED instructions NOT to follow alleged suspect/Trayvon Martin?

1) Zimmerman’s statement CLEARLY supports, again, his KNOWLEDGE of being RECORDED! Furthermore, ACKNOWLEDGING/ALLEGING that he had LOST suspect/Trayvon Martin when he may not have. PREMEDITATED – i.e. Thinking ahead that once he “BRUTALLY Murdered” suspect/Trayvon Martin, he did not want information available on the 911 Tape - so he could not be found!

2) Zimmerman agrees to MEET the police by the mailboxes. Then Zimmerman CHANGES his mind because of his OBSESSION/DETERMINATION to “HUNT DOWN” and CONFRONT what he called a Fu“@@ king Coon” and MURDER suspect/Trayvon Martin when he asked the Operator to have the police call him so he could tell them where he is at (i.e. rather than meet at a designated location - by the mailboxes)

GEORGE ZIMMERMAN had been TRAINING in MMA (MARITAL ARTS) in the WEEKS

BEFORE Trayvon Martin shooting!

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: Children are taught to RUN AWAY from STRANGERS and to CRY for HELP!

According to REPORTS/WITNESSES they heard a Child crying for HELP!

It appears from reports, Trayvon Martin “Did NOT” know George Zimmerman – i.e. who could be a CHILD MOLESTER and/or murderer (in which it appears Zimmerman turned out to be a MURDERER)

George Zimmerman’s cousin alleges being SEXUALLY molested for decades by him.

Trayvon Martin’s Parents wanted the Federal Bureau of Investigation (“FBI”) to get INVOLVED; therefore, they need to know the following regarding the FBI’s RACIST HISTORY:

1) Is a FRONTING Agency for Ku Klux Klan – i.e. implementing KKK practices and beliefs;

2) COVER-UP of HATE CRIMES;

3) FRAMING Civil Rights Organizations (i.e. such as Republic of New Afrika, Black Panthers, etc.) for purposes of DESTROYING and SEPERATING the African-American Communities . . .

U.S. PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA: Well I'm the head of the Executive Branch and the Attorney General reports to me so I've gotta be careful about my statements to make sure that we're not impairing any investigations that's taking place right now. But obviously, this is a tragedy. I can only imagine what these parents are going through. And when I think about this boy, I think about my own kids and I think every parent in America should be able to understand why it is absolutely imperative that we investigate every aspect of this and that everybody pulls together - federal, state and local - to figure out exactly how this tragedy happened. So I'm glad that not only is the Justice Department looking into it, I understand now that the Governor of the State of Florida has formed a Task Force to investigate what's taking place. I think all of us have to do some soul searching to figure out how does something like this happen. And that means that we examine the laws and the context for what happened as well as the specifics of the incident. But my main message is. . .is to the parents of Trayvon Martin. You know if I had a son, he would look like Trayvon and you know, I think they are right to expect that all of us, as Americans, are going to take this with the seriousness that it deserves and that we are going to get to the bottom of what exactly happened.
