NOTES: The use of this tubing typology with pulsating continuous pressures can create heat accumulation, although it is particularly resistant to labour and tension flexions. Polyurethane is generally resistant to ozone, oils, fats, fuels and chemical solutions. Polyurethane is not resistant , or low resistant, to concentrate acids, keton, hydrocarbon and chloride.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS: The PVDF, free of any additive, has the typical intrinsic stability of the fluoro-polimery, when it is exposed to hard environment conditions. It supply to the user a unique combination of properties that gives longer life to the tools. The most important properties of PVDF are here listed: excellent chemical resistance to the more aggressive substances and solvents, excellent mechanical strength and hardness, high abrasion resistance, high temperature capacity, excellent aging resistance, high purity, resistance to UV and nuclear radiations, excellent resistance to fire, resistance to the environment agents, low permeability to gas and liquids. APPLICATIONS: This type of material is particularly indicated for the realisation of tube for pneumatic, electronic, robotic, tool, industrial machines etc…, that means when there is the need of chemical resistance and thermical-mechanical properties (chemical and generic industry), surface quality and low extraction value (market of the semi-conduction with high purity) resistance to fire and minimum smoke emission (industry of coat cable).

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS: - High impact resistance - Good anti-oxidant properties - Good resistance to stress cracking - Totally recyclable - Good hot resistance

STANDARDS OF REFERENCE: - D.M. 21/03/73 and following adjournments - Directive 2002/72/CEE - FDA chapter 21

NOTES: It is recommended to avoid connecting the polyethylene tubing with fittings that may deform its extremity, because this material does not resist to enlargements approximately over 15%. “Creep” problems could occur with non- suitable fittings.

TUBE FOR TRANSPORT OF SOLVENT BASIS PAINTS

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS: Tube realized in the single or twin version with a flexible material coat (polyolefinic), suitable for spray painting systems at high and low pressure. The raw materials used are PA12 and PE, particularly indicated for the contact with paint water-based and/or solvent-based. It is available also the anti-static version, useful to neutralize possible electrostatic charges that could be originated. The tube realized with these kind of raw materials are suitable to connect automatic system for the transport of paint, for robotic, for industrial machines, etc… They are particularly indicated for those applications where it is necessary a good flexibility and where it is important to have a permanent static dissipation.
