Experience Agile: Welcome to the Ball Throwing Company

• Your objective: Throw as many balls as possible within

your team within a timebox of 2 minutes.

• We are working in 3 teams in parallel.

• Each team will have a business manager (coach).

• Each team is self-organising.

• We will play 3 iterations of 2 minutes each (time box).

• Before each sprint you will be asked for an estimate.

• After each iteration you will have 2 minutes to discuss

what can be improved.

• We will play on the Atrium (2nd floor).

Experience Agile – Ball Game-Rules to throw a ball

Everyone is part of one big team.

Each ball must have air-time.

Each ball must be touched at least once by every team member.

Balls cannot be passed to your direct neighbor to your immediate left or right.

Each ball must return to the same person who introduced it into the system.

There are a total of three iterations.
